I was looking for a one night stay in Pisa hence I chose cheap, I would never book again this place

Breakfast was really good variety of choices and the bottles of water are a nice extra

Room was dirty our slippers became black beds eere not comfortable and creaked every time the kids turned around The lady was polite and kind but did not speak any language hence communication was a nightmare.

One night stop near airport

Really friendly and accommodating person runs B&B. We were leaving very early for the airport and she came in and made breakfast for us. Good location for train station, airport and city. Good value for money. Was very quiet and we didn’t hear planes as some people have said.

I would recommend B&B.

Great internet, very helpful and friendly even that we could not understand what the lady was saying. The area is quiet so a good night sleep. The room was clean and breakfast was nice and you could eat as much as you wanted.

Excellent and lovely place to stay, we would definitely stay again. It was close to the train station and the river and

It’s was easy to access, welcoming and friendly people, very clean, everything was there that you needed, even a very powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The shower head needed changing, the outlet holes were damaged, although it still worked enough to have a good shower. The toilet lid and seat needed fixing or replacing, it moved on one side.

Superb

The staffs were so nice and helpful. After we went back the B&B and all of us were covered in sweat, the staff gave us free cold water and it was so sweet. We definitely enjoyed the wonderful breakfast so we could start the day with tasty breakfast.

It would be better if the air conditioner could be cooler.

Grear stay and well recommend.

It is in walkable distance to the center about 25min., incl to the price is a fresh breakfast buffet with fresh coffee and eggs, which is lovely. There was a little garden, where you can sit and drink a glass of wine in the evening.

If I need to point out what we didn’t like is, that in the morning you hear the other guest in the breakfast room, as we had the room next to the breakfast room but this is the only thing.

Nice location close to city centre

Next to Arno river, in a green and quiet area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and very clean. The breakfast was very good, they had boiled eggs, caprese, some type of italian ham, croissants and many types of sweets, yoghurt, juice, coffee. We had a kettle in the room so we could make coffee before breakfast time (8 00). Even though the river was very near, we didn't feel high humidity in the room. In the courtyard there were many beautiful pot flowers. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

The bathroom was a bit old and the toilet basin had a problem, after flushing it didn't fill again without being careful to keep it pushed until all the water runs out of it.

Basic BF available

Smallest possible shower cubicle directly built in the room which is so claustrophobic and small that even 1 adult cant manage inside the shower. I turned around to pick oap and the water handle got touched by my body and moved to hot setting which led to boiling water from shower on my left side of body causing massive pain and trauma. Whole night there was water seepage noise coming from a pump probably located besides the wall of the room - this was a massive inconvinience

Good place for a quick visit to Pisa

The property was more than enough for what we needed and in line with what I saw on the description. Once we arrived at the property, the staff was friendly and professional.

The communication was poor. Prior to our arrival the only messages we received were related to the late check-in additional charge. No mention of how to get to the reception (it was dark, raining, and not well indicated).

The room was very nice , big , you can see that they put care to detail and try to make it nice and complete Self breakfast was pretty ok ,

First the check in is from 5 pm to 8 pm , there is no person on site ever , therefore you cant leave bags or luggage in the hotel because is lock, nor feel welcoming The wifi is terrible and we did not have signal in the room at all , no connection They have keys for the bedroom and two other doors in the property so the party has to go together since you need the keys to walk inside the property
