    Spacious room and the hotel has 7 floors with lift and reception is open for 24/7. Very strict with check in time and otherwise a good option to stay in pisa. Well located.

    We have been staying at this hotel for the first night of our holidays for many years and we love it.The convenience to the Railway station, the staff and the cleanliness really suit us.

    Nice enough. Staff very friendly and helpful when aircon wasn’t working. Convenient as close to train station.

    The hotel is located few meters from the train station. The room is outdated. But the worst experience is the breakfast. We went for breakfast at 9am and found a total disaster. There was only one employee present. The lack of staff resulted in total chaos where all the tables available were dirty from previous guests. Not to mention that there were no clean plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery available. Also the food trays were mostly empty. After we complained with the receptionist, another person popped up to help the only server present. Slowly the food was coming out but every guest was disappointed as everyone had to rush to get the only food available.
