Everything was absolutely perfect! 🎉

+ The whole room is completely renovated and looked really new. This is very rare! + Location could not be more perfect - just a minute wak from the train station. + The staff was waiting for our checkin to provide all the information. He was really kind and polite. It was possible to pay the city tax by card. 👍 + The showher is large and also, really new. + The bed was really tall, we felt like kings.

- I would add 1 more pillow to each side of the bed.

Great stay, 10/10 would recommend

We had a great stay, everyone working there was very helpful, we could check in late and later the host allowed us to leave the luggage before our flight. Everything looked just like the photos, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The host replied quickly at any time during our stay and we would definitely come again :D The location is perfect, 4 minutes from the train station and 20 min walk from the tower.

Spacious comfortable very close to Pisa central station no need for taxi! Host met us at accommodation explained use of keys,lift & tea & coffee making facilities in common lounge, fridge in own room. Bed,pillows are comfortable slept well.

TV in room not working for normal channels but luckily TV in lounge area worked with Bloomberg & News channel!

The guy was not there, I had to wait for a while to get the key even if I communicated arrival time. There was no shower soap in the bathroom.

Big room, convenient location

Very convenient location close to the station. Check-in was very easy. Room and bathroom were really big and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent room for a good price

The property is in a great position, very close to the station and within easy walking distance of the sights. It is very clean and new looking, plenty of room and wardrobe/drawer space. Nice bathroom, good mirrors (which is quite rare!!). Communal lounge with kettle etc and free snacks very useful.

Not so much didn’t like, but it would have been useful to know that there was no reception but that someone meets you to give you the necessary keys. We found it quite difficult to find, so again info in advance that we were just looking for a small sign and a person would have made it easier. Not really a complaint just an observation!

Fantastic!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room near Pisa Centrale. Good bed and pillows. Lounge room available with outside area and complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. Very friendly host.

Great location, beautiful room, would stay again

Really close to the train station, only a couple minutes walk. Also only about a 25min walk to the tower of Pisa. The room was spacious and modern. Had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. It was also really quiet in the room which was a bonus and the curtains blocked out all the light. The man that met me and showed me my room was really lovely and helpful.

The only negatives I had was the sign outside the property is quite easy to miss - I got a little lost when my maps wasn’t locating it. They also don’t have a kettle or tea/coffee in the room it’s in the common area, not a negative for me but just something to note - but they do provide bottled water for your room! Also if you are a UK traveler using an adapter I found mine didn’t fit the sockets next to the bed - little annoying but there was a socket that fit on the far side of the room.

Czystość w pokoju była w porządku. Na plus na pewno kontakt z osobą obsługującą rezerwację. Lokalizacja całkiem w porządku, bardzo blisko dworca. Super że było pomieszczenie wspólne, w którym był bezpłatny dostęp do kawy, czy herbaty. W budynku dostępna winda.

Niestety lokalizacja blisko dworca jest dużym plusem, jednak wracając wieczorami nie zawsze czułam się bardzo bezpiecznie. Na minus też hałas, którego źródła nie mogłam zlokalizować (nie wiem czy to z zewnątrz ale okno było zamknięte, czy z wewnątrz budynku. Odgłosy jakby ktoś przesuwał meble. Niestety nie dawało to spać w nocy. Również było mocno słychać jak ktoś przechodził korytarzem.

Posizione ottima , vicino la stazione , a 10 minuti dall aereoporto e a piedi riesci a raggiungere tutto tranquillamente! La stanza molto comoda e curata. Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile ( ho avuto un super ritardo dell aereo e sono arrivata in tarda notte).

Bardzo przestronny, jasny i czysty pokój. Duży prysznic. Wygodne, duże łóżko dwuosobowe. Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko lotniska jak i głównego dworca. Tuż obok wiele sklepów, wszystko pod ręką. Nie było żadnego problemu, że musieliśmy przybyć w późniejszych godzinach. Zdecydowanie byśmy tutaj wrócili.

Okna mogłyby być bardziej dźwiękoszczelne, ponieważ pokój znajduje się blisko ruchliwej ulicy. Wiatrak w łazience jest niesamowicie głośny. Nie są to nadzwyczaj uciążliwe rzeczy, ale mogłyby znacznie bardziej poprawić komfort.

Ottimo per visitare la città, piccoli difetti da migliorare.

La posizione è ottima soprattutto se vieni con il treno perché proprio davanti alla stazione. All'apparenza sembra in un condominio non di grandi pretese, ma la stanza è pulita e curata. Il personale è gentile, però non parla italiano.

Alcune piccole pecche nei servizi: la televisione non trasmette canali italiani, il frigorifero minibar è presente, ma non attaccato alla presa, i cuscini in lattice un po' sottili per le mie abitudini.

Une très bonne surprise pour pise. Chambre grande et d une propreté remarquable.

Chambre très grande et confortable. Très propre et bien équipée. Une grande salle de bains très agréable. 2 salles communes avec télévisions, plateau avec café, thé....offerts. Situé à 40 m de la gare donc très pratique. Un acceuil très sympathique même si le monsieur ne parle pas le français

Voisins très bruyants ! Chambre pas très bien insonorisée. Quelques difficultés pour trouver l emplacement exact de cet hôtel/chambre d hôtes

Lo consiglio molto! Ci ritornerei sicuramente

Struttura in posizione centrale e molto comoda per spostarsi sia in centro che con i mezzi, essendo di fronte la stazione centrale. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Cosa molto carina ci hanno coccolato con caffè e tisane messe a disposizione nell’area comune. Una vera attenzione all’ospite. C’è anche il ferro da stiro per chi magari viaggia per lavoro!

Едно хубаво място за настаняване в Пиза, много близо до ЖП гарата.

Мястото за настаняване намерихме сравнително лесно. Много удобна локация /5 минути от гарата/. Получените инструкции за настаняване от booking не бяха най-точните. Добре, че домакина дойде да ни посрещне, за което сме благодарни. Препоръчвам го, като място за настаняване. Стаята беше много добре оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Чисто, ново, модерно и добре поддържано място. Има обща кухня, с тераса където може да пиете кафе или чай.

Много е близо да ЖП гарата, което е голямо предимство, но и малък недостатък.

Sauberes Zimmer in Bahnhofsnähe

Der Vermieter war wie verabredet vor Ort, ich konnte sogar früher in mein Zimmer. Er hat mir alles erklärt, war freundlich und alles war verständlich. Bei Bedarf hätte ich ihn jederzeit kontaktieren können. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig, das Bad sehr groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist groß mit kleinem Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch. Insgesamt gute Unterkunft für ein bis zwei Nächte.

Der Balkon geht zu einem etwas schmuddeligen Innenhof raus. Das Badefenster der Nachbar geht ebenfalls zum Balkon raus, was etwas seltsam ist. Das Zimmer ist recht hellhörig, Geräusche vom Gang hört man leider gut.

Séjour au calme

J’ai vraiment apprécié le calme qu’il y avait dans le logement, dans les pièces partagées du logement il y’avait un coin avec une machine à café, des biscuits et des bonbons. La cerise sur le gâteau c’est qu’il y’avait un volet électrique pour la porte du balcon, ce qui est très appréciable pour les gens comme moi qui aime bien dormir dans l’obscurité totale
