Does what it says on the tin

Simple

No staff, it was okay for me but it could frighten a female traveller not having anyone around should anything creep them out.

Location is good because it is near to the center and train station.

Because it's hot inside the room airconditioned not so good.Also the light in the roof not function totaly we used only the small ligth near the bed.Sorry to say this we are not comportable when we stay.

New rooms and clean beds,towels.. everything were perfect for our stay.before we enter the room its already cold so refreshing. Outside the building kinda normal but were surprise as we enter inside its new renovated and clean hotel.

Great location but only for a one night stop.

Hotel Astor was at a great location based within 15 minute walking distance to the train station, 13 minutes to the food and drink establishments and 18 minutes to the sights at Pisa. We were in quite a compact room which was fine but as 4 adults there wasn't much space to move around.

The bathroom was very small with not much room to move around. Sadly the shower was not at my cleaning standard so I opted out, but my teenagers did shower. Breakfast was very minimal, croissant, juice and a coffee. We were in quite a compact room which was fine but as 4 adults there wasn't much space to move around. We only stayed 1 night so it wasn't an issue but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. The window had been left open and there was mosquitoes in the room and they had us for a meal that night. With no air-conditioning it was hard to sleep.

Okay for a one night stay

Its quite close to the city center. Good location if you plan to visit the nearby locations like Viareggio, Livorno,… The bathroom and room were a bit small for a standard double size room and the bathroom was a bit cramped but we didn’t mind that too much as we were mostly just traveling to the nearby towns.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There were mosquitoes in the room. Although the bedding was clean but the beds were not really comfortable.

perfect for a city break

clean hotel and very central! 10 min walk to Pisa tower, 5 min walk to the train station and 20 min walk to the airport (less than 2 miles)

all good, it was the first place ever we stayed in that didn’t have any cups! so if you want to have a drink in the room bring your own cup !

Good location about it !

Separate bathroom right down the corridor that you could not lock ! My wife took a chair from the room to block door whilst showering ! No kettle to have a coffee or tea before bed or on awaking! But was offered some hot water! Heater made a whistling noise that we had to kick to make it stop, and dogs barking next door ! Tiled floors that where cold we put towels on the floor fir mats , tv remote was not working they changed the code on the main door without informing us ! Goid job my phone battery was ok to get new code whilst stuck outside........ no soaps in bathroom

The room temperature was adjustable. The room was alright, I would say good value for the money. We arrived late, after the closing of the reception but I was able to arrange a method to pick up the keys. They staff was helpful.

There was no service of restaurant and minimum breakfast facility. Atleast breakfast must be served with or without charge, one tea kettle with complementary teabags and at the time of check-in, receptionist must attend the guest.
