Flavia is a great host - friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even let us leave our luggage there until we were ready to pick it up to go to the airport. The rooms were beautiful and there was a lovely shaded terrace for breakfast. Finally it is in an excellent location - only a couple of minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes to the Cathedral and Tower.
There was absolutely nothing not to like.

It felt like home. Bed was very comfortable, shower was wonderful, room had everything necessary, tastefully decorated etc.
Everything was lovely.

Lovely and ample continental breakfast, 5 minutes walk from station, room clean an comfortable, perfect for our short visit. Flavia was both accomodating and helpful.
Unfamiliar corridor and stairs lighting system, which was a small issue in what was othterwise a great short break.
