Great stop in Pisa

This accommodation is only about a 5 min walk from the train station on the Main Street, great location. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Room was very nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and good shower. Flavia was lovely and Abigail was very helpful at check in. The room is about a 15min walk from the leaning tower. Highly recommend.

Fantastic B&B with a Super Kind Host

Flavia is incredibly kind, and the B&B is perfectly located close to the train station. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the windows are very well insulated. I would definitely come back without hesitation! :)

An exquisite B&B with a wonderful host

The location is situated very conveniently, at about 5 mins of walk from Pisa Centrale train station. The property is decorated with very good taste and attention to the tiniest details. And it is very clean and well maintained. And despite being on a busy pedestrian street, the sound insulation is very good, making the room very very quiet. Flavia, the host, is a very pleasant and kind person, and can give very useful advice and recommendations about things to do, restaurants etc. And she also prepares a delicious italian breakfast. All in all, a very pleasant experience, would definitely stay there again if we would return to Pisa. And best regards to Flavia!

A comfortable B&B with a friendly host and lovely breakfast in an excellent location!

We ate our breakfast outside on a terrace, and it was exactly as we had ordered the evening before, served by a lovely staff person. Couldn't have asked for more on our first morning in Italy! The room was cute and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Our host Flavia was very welcoming and helpful when we needed alternative options to get from the airport to the B&B when there was a train strike. The location is convenient, less than 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 walk to the Tower and other tourist sites.

Perfect location, lovely host, cosy b and b

The host Flavia is lovely and very welcoming. The location is perfect. The room is clean and the bed was so comfortable.

Only very small thing was that the hallway up to the b and b is very dark, there is a light switch which we didn’t find until near the end of our stay. There isn’t a lift which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for people with limited mobility:

Everything about the accommodation was superb. Very comfortable and absolutely spotless. Flavia was a perfect host. Breakfast was wonderful, so much choice and beautifully presented. You would not find anywhere better to stay in Pisa. Wholeheartedly recommend 11 out of 10!!!!!!

Fabulous trip to Pisa

Amazing stay, Flavia is a super host. She made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable staying at her B&B. Nothing was too much trouble, we dropped our bags off early and collected them later on the day we left. Very comfortable beds, very clean room, shower was good. It’s close to the station, shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. Could not fault this accommodation and would recommend any one looking to book here.

Conveniently located by easy transportations and excellent restaurants, Five Roses is a great place to stay in Pisa.

We liked that we were a short walk from the central train station, which is not far from the airport. Also, it was easy to get to the main attractions by way of the pedestrian walkway, which was right outside the building’s door. Flavia was an excellent host! She was very helpful with providing information about many things and her breakfasts were delicious.

The late evenings and early mornings could be noisy if we left the window open. Otherwise, with the window closed, there were no noise problems.

The whole experience of staying at The Five Roses was fantastic from start to finish. Flavia was the perfect host and couldn’t have done anything more to make us feel welcome and at ease. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful with exceptional attention to detail in terms of facilities and furnishings. Our expectations were exceeded - location ( a small walk from Central Station) , tourism information , breakfast , daily room clean and professionalism throughout .

I could not find anything to improve at this beautiful place . Everything was to our taste and better ! Everything was meticulously planned by Flavia who was an exceptional host. The comfiest bed and pillows ever !

A home from home in Pisa

Very welcoming and homely, we appreciated the thought that had gone into what was provided. Flavia keeps the property spotlessly clean. Our room (2) was very quiet even though it overlooked the street. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and had home baked cakes.

It suited our needs perfectly so nothing to dislike.

Fantastic stay in this central and immaculate gem.

Location was fantastic.. within the immediate shopping district in central Pisa. Flavia was an amazing host and was extremely helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious and you did not hear any noise from the outside. I would recommend staying here to anyone and we will certainly be back.
