Perfect for a stopover as near Station.

Room felt very cramped for 2 people for 1 night as we did not want to unpack mraning our suitcases were in our way!

Basic accommodation with an adequate breakfast in a good location for public transport and Pisa

The location was excellent for travelling by train as it was 200m from the central station, and it was a 15 minute walk to the older parts of Pisa. The staff were helpful and the availability of a free bag storage area was very useful.

The room was basic and in need of redecoration. There appeared to be a problem with the hot water supply during the 3 days of our stay. It was fixed, but we only managed to get any hot water for washing/shower on the first day (after running the hot taps for about 20 minutes), and when we returned for a single night's stay 5 days later. The lack of facilities to make hot drinks in our room, or in the eating area out of breakfast times, was a disappointment. The room safe didn't appear to work (no instructions available), but we ware offered an alternative one next to the reception desk.

Wonderful staff and convenient location

We have stayed here three times now, once a year. the lady at the reception desk recognised us and was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived late for breakfast (having misunderstood the times...not the hotel's fault), she arranged for us to get it without any fuss or complaint. Then hotel is very convenient for the station and airport transfer by the shuttle. A short walk from excellent places to eat and the main shopping street, and a walkable distance from the Leaning Tower, etc. It isn't luxurious, but makes up for it in the quality of the staff and the location.

A room by the street is quite noisy in the mirning. If you are a light sleeper, you need to get a room away from the street.

the staff was very friendly and available. breakfast was good (compared to other italian-style breakfast) and wifi was ok.

you cannot keep the windows opened because outside is extremely noisy due to the ventilation system of the adjacent building. even if you close the windows, the room is still noisy and of course very hot. also, there were lots of mosquitos (we never had problems with that, it was quite strange).

Fantastic location and lovely staff with excellent English!

Bed was very firm, bathroom is tiny and needs a makeover badly. Hot water ran brown at first, air con not turned on until we asked reception, air con controls falling off the wall which is a fire hazard, mosquitoes in room, balcony but no way of opening shutter

rude receptionist, bed bugs, harassing guest

Checked in went fine, paid on site. I had booked twin beds for two people but was given a queen bed. Upon checking out we were rudely accused by the receptionist that I had brought in another person and must pay additional 35% of the booking??! Argument went no where, insisting on pay now and take it up with my booking agency. Needless to say I would never recommend such terrible service to any visitors!!

can’t recommend even for one night

Location, paid good breakfast and cleanliness

nothing inside the room. Air con noisy and didn’t work, shower broken, your have to hold it with one hand and do all the rest with the other because there is no wall support to the shower, awful pillows and mattresses, bathroom so small that a fat person can’t pass between toilet and shower glass door, windows didn’t open, tv didn’t work, in resume it’s a (bad) bed and (paid good) breakfast.

It was cheap for a reason.

The location was ideal.

The room was basic, the bathroom was small and the shower was useless, it turned the bathroom into a wet room! The shutters on the windows were so noisy as well as the outside traffic - we could hear everything, including the people in the next room showering. Awful nights sleep!

The lady receptionist was very pleasant and helpful

We booked 3 rooms - 2 doubles and 1 single. We were advised that the single was upgraded to a double but on arrival, only the single was available and there was no reference to the upgrading.

Hotel is very central, very clean, lovely staff. Obliged us by letting us leave our luggage in the Hotel three days after our initial stay so we could tour the city peacefully.

Great Location

Location can not be better than this for those using train as transportation. It is few steps from Pisa Centrale. For a couple, it have a good size room.

Shower is extremely small with almost no room to turn around when taking a bath. Located in a very noisy area. Should have a breakfast included.
