Bad experience, Flush on the toilet was not working. Alternate accommodation not provided. Very rude behavior from the staff. Refused to refund the booking amount even when didn't stay in the hotel.

Clean room. Though shower area was too small, the shower curtain sticks to your back while having shower. The concierge who welcomed was not so friendly, she was somewhat preoccupied when we arrived. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs to bring our luggage to our room, though it was fixed that next day. Area was close to the train/bus station which was good.

Very small room and shower stall. Had to reset TV several times to receive channels. Wifi not so good. Switch back to my carrier to use internet. Very near train station. Neighborhood? Straight run to Leaning Tower from train station and thus hotel.

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I’d made a mistake. The “lobby” looked more like the entrance to a community centre than a hotel, and the man behind the desk seemed genuinely confused when I said I had a reservation. I even had to ask, “This is the hotel, is it?” Not a great start. The room was even worse. Tired, outdated, and depressing. Two worn-out single beds pushed together to create a rock-hard ridge down the middle — hardly a double. The pillows were flat, lumpy, and likely older than the building. On the walls? Smeared mosquitoes — a grim reminder of past guests’ battles. The bathroom was falling apart: cracked tiles, broken furniture, and a shower that only offered cold water. I reported the lack of hot water to reception. Two staff members assured me they’d come to the room to look into it. They never did. I could’ve waited a lifetime. When we checked out and I asked what happened, I was told, “He’s not a technician” and “he did the best he could” — though no one ever even came to the room to explain that. This place needs more than a deep clean — it needs a complete renovation, some staff training, and a reality check. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even for a single night.

Great location as I was taking train trips. Very comfortable bed. Duvet provided but with no cover. Toilet and shower were so close together I could hardly navigate between them. Extractor fan was broken, so the room smelt permanently damp. Some very unsafe looking plug sockets too. Needs a makeover!

It was close to the rail station. Place is needing a good renovation update. Annoyed didn't get room with walkin shower then had to move 2nd night. The walk in shower wasn't the biggest couldn't even bend down. Area a bit dark and intimidating. We used it mainly for a base. Plenty shops.

The bathroom shower was extremely small with broken tiles, the television didn’t work had a crack all the way across it. There are no laundry facilities, toilet leaked and would stay running. Room did not look anything like the picture.

The stay was okay. Mainly due to a good location (app 5min to shopping area and restaurants, 15min walk to Pending Tower). Cleanliness was okay. Bed was good. Airco works perfectly. Hotelroom needs maintenance (several missing parts and loose elements). Shower area flooded whole bathroom and even the laminate had obviously been wet before. Our room was above a noisy street. In all, if you can live with the minor points, I would recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel in Pisa. The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the main train station, which made it incredibly easy for us to visit nearby cities during our trip. Just in front of the hotel, we could also catch the bus that took us directly to the city center, where the famous Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli are located. The staff was very kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast—it was simple, good and a perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel was a great base for exploring Pisa and the surrounding areas.

Fine room in a pinch. We were unable to get to Florence due to the rail strike so we went to Pisa instead. The hotel is older but adequate, comfortable beds and air conditioning worked well. There was a very shabby damaged table in the bathroom that should have been in the trash. Other than that, the place was comfortable.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the train station but the rooms are tired and dated and the shower and lift are extremely compact. The staff are very friendly and if you’re only looking for a place to rest your head for one night then this hotel will do as it’s clean and should meet your basic needs.

The online photos are not accurate. The hotel probably was like that 10 years ago. The shower is tiny and leaking. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good, orange squash instead of juice and the bread was not fresh. I would have gone elsewhere for breakfast.

The hotel is very convenient for the station and the main sights are walkable from it. If you have a room on the road side there is a fair amount of noise. It is comfortable and everything is very clean. Our shower worked well but I found it impossible to stop it spraying on to the bathroom floor. The breakfast is continental but with a fair range. Overall it's good value for money.

The property is ranked 4 star but the service and the room is very poor. I booked a double room for 1 adult and 2 toddlers. I was given a single room with 2 single bed joined together to create a double bed. Very uncomfortable cause the bed kept shifting and I had to keep pushing it back together to prevent my kids from falling. The room was very hot and when I ask the staff to provide me a remote to on the Air condition he said that the AC is not working. My kids were bitten all over their body by mosquitoes cause they’ve got no protection against mosquitoes and since the AC is not working had to sleep with the window open. The was very small and uncomfortable. There was no toilet roll in the room and had to go get one 6am in the morning cause my child needed the toilet. I couldn’t sleep because there was a terrible noise coming from the mini bar fridge in the room. I am so disappointed because the hotel has a good potential due to the position. Very close to train station and to the airport. My disappointment was also experiencing the ignorance of the owner of the hotel who heard me speaking Italian and asked me what country I am from. I confirmed that I am Italian and she went ahead a state that she was asking as she could only see a black woman. I didn’t escalate it due to my children being around and didn’t want to give her ignorance any attention. I was charged 100 euro per night plus extra 15 euro for staying tax. The property is not worth the money and star.
