Friendly, I will be back

I like the friendly inclusive atmosphere. I like the proximity to the station ( you can see the station from the hostel it's like 800 meters away) I like the closest shop opposite Asian African store and the Condos around the corner

Best hostel in Pisa

Such a nice, cosy vibe. It has good cooking facilities, a balcony, and is clean. The staff are very kind and I felt very safe as a solo traveller. Its also a very convenient location if you are arriving by train and is only around a 20 minute walk to the tower of Pisa. I couldn't recommend it more!

A warm spot close to the train station for you quick stay in Pisa.

Well, my stay was quite short. However I have to say that the Hostel met my expectations with large rooms, clean premises and nice communal areas to have a chat with others. Rates are affordable especially during the low booking season, there's also a kitchen with stoves so is possible to cook your own food and store it. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom size: a little too small the one for gents. CCTV system is active to keep guests safe. Definitely not bad. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The gents' bathroom size is a little too small. Some rules should be explained in a better way to guest (to respect others' tranquility inside the rooms).

I enjoyed my stay

I liked the thing that there was a helpful staff and they had many things to be able to play or enjoy with friends during your stay but it's a bit new so needs improvement overall it was a good stay for me.

I think there could be improvement still done with the room and the game room but I think it's quite new so I don't blame them.

Bookings.Com shouldn’t pay them the money because they refused very frst moment & I didn’t go there at all..

The moment i payed money, U asked to check with them . As i stated i shall be reaching late. They informed i shall have to pay 20 € extra for late arrival. That means the should not have accepted me. Duży pokój. Po mojej prośbie i zgłoszeniu na booking właściciel zgodził się na zwrot kosztów, choć wolałabym mieć ogrzewanie i ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem

Brak ogrzewania - przy 5°C na dworze i deszczu. Brak ciepłej wody. Właściciel wiedział że ma awarię pompy ogrzewania ale nie zapewnił grzejników elektrycznych czy grubszych kołder. Brak bidetu. Mężczyźni nie wiedziec czemu korzystali z damskiej łazienki i wyglądało jakby mieszkali na stałe. Brak bidetu. Brudne materace, dane tylko 1 prześcieradło- musisz wybrać czy założysz je na materac czy pod bardzo cienki koc do okrycia. Brudne łazienka, szafki w kuchni, brudna lodówka. Brak kubków, szklanek, sztućców, tylko plastikowe talerze i kilka garnków. Czajnik podgrzewał wodę do ok. 50st i wyłączał się

A localização era ótima menos de 1 min da estação central de pisa. E a uma curta caminhada de 10/15 minutos das principais atrações.

-apenas uma casa de banho para tantos hóspedes -o mesmo tapete vermelho e molhada foi o mesmo em todo o meu tempo de hospedagem -mais de 20 minutos a tentar que saísse água quente para poder tomar banho e nada. - os quartos eram frios - apenas uma coberta super fina na cama e que cheirava mal

Localização e tamanho do quarto

Check-in, conforto, limpeza, tinha muitas pontas de cigarros jogadas dentro do Cesto de lixo do banheiro masculino. Apenas um banheiro para homens e nao tinha água quente. Sai sem tomar banho porque banho gelado no inverno italiano já é possível mas fui cobrado pelo aluguel de uma toalha que não usei (3€) Péssimo

Pra uma noite vale pela localização, mais que isso impossível ficar la!

Chuveiro e pia do banheiro sem água quente, cheguei molhada depois de pegar chuva e so queria um banho quente, não consegui. Armários do quarto minúsculos: tive que tirar quase tudo de dentro da mochila pra entrar. Cobre leito ao invés de edredon, passeio frio a noite toda, o quarto é extremamente frio. Simplesmente deixam a roupa de cama na sua cama e você que se vire pra forrar.
