Service and facilities were good, especially for the price we paid for the b&b.
Was clean and others there was friendly.
Helped us with storing our bags until later in the day which gave us a longer day of exploring Pisa.
Would recommend.

Friendly staff. Basic somewhat dated rooms. But this is reflected in the price. Excellent facilities especially fully equipped kitchen for self cooking. A little away from the center but near a cheaper supermarket.
