Very well located and very clean apartment. Everything we needed was right on our doorstep. We didn’t use the kitchen area, however it was always very clean and tidy. Nice addition of the bag storage area so we could continue exploring before leaving Pisa.

There was a bad smell in the room.
It was very difficult to check in, and it took near one hour until I got all the 3 codes it took to enter the premises. The tourist tax payment was a stress factor, because the information they provided was not consistent with what appeared on the screen when clicking the link they sent. When I told them it did not work, they just sent the same link again, with the same problem. It took 4 attempts to pay the tax. In the meantime we had to wait to enter the premises.
