Very happy with my stay. I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed for 3 nights at this apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. What I appreciated the most was that the common areas, such as the corridor and the shared bathroom, were always spotless. There was also a constant pleasant smell, which really made the place feel comfortable and well cared for. The host is so calm , very kind and helpful. If you need anything, you just have to ask — he listens and helps without any problem and without log of bla bla bla … On my check-out day, he kindly kept my luggage for the whole morning while I went souvenir shopping. Since my flight was only in the evening, he even allowed me to stay in the common room until the evening, which I truly appreciated. The appartement is just one minute walking distance from Pisa Central Station and only a few minutes on foot from the city center. I was able to go back and forth to the city center three to four times a day — very convenient. Honestly, I highly recommend this place without any hesitation, especially considering the excellent value for money.

Good location, close to the train station (5 min), average cleanliness in the room, bathroom very average cleanliness. To the Cathedral Square 20 min walk. To the airport 25 min walk at a leisurely pace. Good contact with the owner.

The location is perfect for me i was traveling by plane the airport was near me and so did the train station

First when I came to the door I was ringing the bell and no one answered for about 15min Then the elevator went off I panicked The room was good for the first sight But when I got into the bed there was bed BUGS all around my body

Great value and location for a short stay

Great location, just one minute walk from the station. I had a late check-in because of my flight and Sahid the owner was there waiting for me. He upgraded the room I booked with the en-suite inside with no charge. Really very kind person and reliable. For sure next time in Pisa definitely I will stay at this guest house.

Stones throw away from the train station. Easily accessable to leaning tower/river etc. Really comfy bed. Host was super friendly.

Had a baby in a pram, informed of that yet not warned pram wouldn't fit in the lift (it's on the 5th floor) or even through the door of the guest house. It's seriously noisy outside with street traffic & building works staring at 7.40am Bin was overflowing onto floor on the balcony, dirty nappies, food etc

it is located in a very busy area with bars and a lot of drunken people at night. The fact that it did not have air conditioning (but one of those standalone cooling towers that need to discharge through the window) made it impossible to shut the window. The noises in the street made it impossible to sleep: police and ambulance sirens until early hours of the day, drunken people shouting like crazy.

Just after entering the room (at 10 pm night) I realised room was super hot because portable Aircon was failed to cool it down. I casually asked the receptionist if there is another room with bigger and open window? First thing he told me that "you can cancel the booking if you don't like the room" What else can one expect after such welcome

Bed bugs! Please don't stay!!!!!!!

Please do not stay here!!!!! My husband and I stayed here last night and informed the hose of what we believed to be bed bugs but we weren't sure. The host told us he has never had this problem before and that it simply wasn't true. So we thought maybe it was just some weird summer bugs. Fast forward to 6am and we are covered in bed bugs and we had to head to the nearest laundromat to get rid of them. Later we call the owner and had to force him to the five the money back to the second reservation we made because we were planning to visit some other cities but come back to take our flight from Pisa. He was reluctant to do so but he eventually did. Please avoid this situation at all costs!

Superb

Nice apartment with a great view over Pisa and from the balcony you could see a bit of the tower, too. Air conditioner was quite noisy but worked during our visit. Situated in the 5th floor it was nice that there was a lift to the hotel. Great value of the money!

Renovations started at 9 am at the street. But fortunately not earlier, because the noise was very loud.
