Too expensive for the quality of the facilities

The staff at the reception was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was good, nothing special but good.

The room cleanliness could really be improved. The towels were not changed even though I didn't hang them back; probably I should have tossed them on the floor. The shower took ages to get warm. No soap in the room, only those "green" dispensers that the only thing they do is make the hotel save money and don't save the environment. The intimate soap: I didn't use it since it had hair stuck to it (see picture). The tv did not work: the reception was awful and the tv was very very slow; probably it was a centralized software or something or maybe something connected the the internet which was another awful thing. The internet is free but it does not work at all. I had to use the hotspot (as many other guests as I have checked) to get any work done. Considering it is a quite expensive hotel compared to the average prices in Pisa I was expecting more than this.

I had to change rooms due to maintenance but it was dealt with in an organised manner - no fuss. Breakfast was lovely and all staff were professional and friendly,

Could not be more convenient for the station, being dead opposite. The bed was comfortable

Lacking basic comforts like a kettle in the room. There was no bar in the hotel only a vending machine. Its position also meant that it suffers from noise. Room was jaded and could have done with a refresh

Facilities - old and poor condition in the bathroom and dirty water from the tap and shower. The same problem every stay and this time no water between 10-11am and when it came back the orange and brown water poured out of the tap and toilet.

Hotel is located at the best place with super friendly staff but some of the rooms need renovating.

Beds were super comfy. The location of the hotel was the best as it’s just opposite to the train station. Staffs were very nice and polite.

We were given linked rooms which were new and pretty but other 3 rooms were outdated. The other 3 rooms looked old, scratches on the furniture and looked filthy.

Directly across the road from main entrance of train station and easy walking distance to main attractions. Staff were friendly and rooms very clean.

Mattress and towels were very good. Breakfast was correct although for 4 stars hotel should be better.

Room 104, the worst room in any 4 or 3 stars hotel ever. The entrance door looked like it was repaired after a burglary, maybe it was. Electric sockets from the 60-ties, some not working, not sure they meet today's safety standards. No lamps by the bed although clearly they have been there before. Door to something like a French balcony looking to the busy street damaged, no acoustic isolation so we were practically on the street. Cheap plastic floor "floating" near the French window, someone forgot to close it while raining. Pictures of that room are not on your web site when one books a room. Nor on the hotel's web site. They are hidden, of course. It is supposed to be a "green" hotel so they do not clean a façade and weed is happily growing on the balcony and façade. Bathroom ceramic tiles from the 60-ties at best in bad condition. Water pressure so poor my wife could not wash hair. We asked for another room but were coldly rejected although we have booked and payed for the room two weeks in advance.
