Good location for train station and an excellent breakfast

The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags free of charge while we went to the tower.

The shower was very dirty, there a leak from a window at the top of the stairs was covered by towels which could be a trip hazard as your feet get wet and then you have to walk down the stairs.

For a short stay/onward travel this is an excellent location

Room was dated and not much room to move around the bed. Quite a lot of noise coming from the landing, first thing in the morning, Our room was directly in front of the main stairs and having arrived on later in the evening, there was an amount of noise from cleaners/staff and guests, that would have been appreciated had that not been there.

Booked at short notice after arriving from Firenze.

Location was great, near to the station. Communication was excellent. Access was easy. Room was comfortable with coffee and tea and water included.

Shower was a bit tired and I wasn't sure how to checkout.

The room was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and about a 22-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we missed our train, they immediately gave us useful advice and suggested alternative options like taking the bus.

super location for day trips from Pisa

3 star old fasion hotel, very high ceiling, but very close to train and bus station, specious room, we got double and single bed, and clean good quality bed linen, towels, beds are comfortable, we were on the top floor at the furthest room, not suitable for eldery person, no lift. got an option to leave our laggage at hotel after checking out. nice personnel.

no toilets available by reception, only in the rooms. other guests might being smoking in corridor, felt a bit smell. would recommend to clean better shower cabinents and change grouting, the floor needs a bit of more cleaning

It was OK considering I was only staying for one night, but I wouldn't stay again.

I did not stay for breakfast - had to catch early flight from Pisa. Only five minutes from the train station.

The bed was creaky and wobbled every time I moved, as though the screws needed tightening up.

Excellent location and very clean. Well provided in the room with kettle, toothbrush etc.

Some people might find it noisy (we weren’t bothered). There’s no lift so the rooms on the top floor are a long way with a heavy bag!

Room hadn’t been cleaned for previous guests when we arrived after a long delayed flight. There was no one there when we arrived and the hotel refused to give a discount the next morning Avoid.

they over charged for what type of hotel it is. charged me for a five star hotel when it’s more a two star hotel

The area wasn’t nice. The beds are hard and uncomfortable along with some very flat pillows.

Lovely double aspect windows

2 more pillows would have made a great difference to our comfort. No lift available made it somewhat exhausting for these old folks with such a long way to the room from the entrance

It was clean. It has some really nice touches Location was useful being within walking distance of the train station.

No one on reception when we arrived or the rest if the day. The building us advertised as having a lift, but it didn't, so no help with luggage. Not much info about the city re maps, pamphlets etc, and no one available to ask for info. With a bit more thought it could be a really good place.

Good value for money

The staff was very helpful, friendly and changed the towels everyday. Breakfast and coffee were good. The location near Pisa Centrale train station is excellent for visiting the surroundings.

The room is outdated. Needs some refreshment (floor, windows, aircon).
