    We booked this hotel after we could not enter Hotel Touring (this hotel touring does not offer 24 hrs front desk service as claimed in Agoda) A very polite receptionist, clean and good hotel, 100 M to train station.

    Very helpful staff, with responsive and supportive for my late evening arrival via train. Air conditioned and pleasant decor. Ready walking distance to restaurants that are more authentic than those in the core tourist square of Pisa. Pisa tower on foot is about 20-25 min passing through the main street of shops towards the north. Loved my stay.

    The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere. The lobby offered complimentary water infused with lemon and other fruits, which was a refreshing touch, and even the hallways smelled nice. The room was very clean overall, and the bathroom was spacious. The vanity area was large and convenient, with plenty of space for cosmetics and other personal items.

    Opposite to the train station which is good location, no water provided when arrived, need to wait for welcome drink, can’t fill my water bottle, no free snack, free tea, can be much better, they need to up their game.
