was a stay for a night and since we were taking a train early morning the location was excellent

Comfortable stay in spacious room

Very spacious room. Extremely clean. Close walk from train station (~5 minutes). We were greeted by friendly staff who explained to us the keys and getting into the apartment. Lots of restaurants and markets around. Kitchen space had basic silverware and cups, dishes, etc. but no stovetop usage. Coffee and tea provided. Microwave available. Shared washroom with one other room, which we had no issues with. ~20 minute walk to the Pisa tower (could also take public transit). We were more interested in the beaches and it was about ~7 minute walk to bus station and one bus that took us there.

Entrance of building and hallways had strong smell, but minor issue as only had to tolerate while entering and leaving. A/C was inconsistent. Sometimes it was cold, and other times warm.

Great apartment close to train station with a shared bathroom

We arrived by train and the location was very nearby so we’re able to walk. Communication was great and Arif meet us to take us up to the apartment. He explain everything to us. The unit had a washer and we were able to get some clothes washed, which was nice. The apartment was in a convenient location and we were able to walk to all the sights, we like walking so we did Al or of it

I must have missed it but I didn’t realize it was a shared space and shared bathroom. Which was okay but it seemed like every time we needed the restroom it was occupied. There was a clothesline outside the window but the other person had clothes hung on it the whole time so we had to hang all our clothes throughout the whole room. It would have been nice to have an inside clothes rack in the room. Our clothes dried so it was fine by the next afternoon.

Very convenient and comfortable

The checkin was seamless and the host came to meet me, even though my booking was very last minute he still made sure I had everything I need. Air conditioning was an absolute life saver also!

Nothing. This place is perfect for what it is. It's a shared bathroom and kitchen which I really didn't mind at all. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep in the city (and near the airport/train station).

A lovely place to stay

Very clean and a very large and comfortable bed. The room had a sitting area and bathroom outside the bedroom but both exclusive to the room. The little kitchenette was great with a kettle and microwave. A very easy four minute walk from the train station and a handy corner shop downstairs.

The aircon device is only in the bedroom and was totally inadequate for the size of the room in an Italian summer, plus it was so noisy - a choice of not being able to sleep because of the noise or because of the heat. If not for the air on I would have given a score of 10

The air conditioning ensured a comfortable indoor temperature at all times, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful — perfect for a good night’s sleep. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail.

Ideal for a short stay

A few steps away from Pisa central station. Ideal for a short stay. Staff is very gentle and supportive. The room is simple but you find all you need. In the kitchen there is tea and coffee for free, a fridge, a microwave, a table and chairs. I could sleep with open window, it's quite calm during night hours. I would book there again.worth every cent I paid.

This stay was excellent. A stone’s throw from the train station, it made arriving to Pisa very easy. Check-in was an easy process as well, meeting out front and being shown the apartment, which included private rooms, a shared bathroom, and shared kitchen with coffee and tea provided. The room itself was large, included a double closet, desk, two night stands and had a balcony with a view of the Tower of Pisa. The bathroom was fine as well.

For travelers, it would be nice to have a place within the room to lock items for safe keeping. The room didn’t have a safe or any furniture that would have been suited to lock items up.

Amazing Experience

I recently stayed at a lovely B&B in Pisa and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea in the morning—a perfect way to start the day. The location couldn’t have been better: right next to the train station and only about a 20-minute walk from the airport, which was super convenient. Clean, central and Arif was great

Location, value for money and the attention and quick response given by Arif. He was always prompt to help. Flat is 15-20 mins walk from the airport, another 15 to the Leaning tower and it is right across the street from the train station.

very close to the train station. with coffee machine, washing machine and kettle, and microwave

the cooker is fake, so simply you can not make food yourself as a normal kitchen. There are cameras almost everywhere in the public areas, which would make you feel uncomfortable. The so called breakfast is in principle NOT what you may expect from a typical B&B motel or hotel, but only banana and several snacks.

super convenient location, 2 min walk from the main station in Pisa. The host was friendly and accomodating. Provided a takeaway breakfast for us since we were leaving very early for a flight. shared bathroom was very clean

the only negative is there isnt a 'living' space but this really wasn't a problem for us as the room was large enough for 2 people to chill

Sehr mittig gelegen, guter Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Klimaanlage funktioniert, das geteilte Bad war sauber. Nettes Personal.

Recht hellhörig, irgendwas (Der Wasserboiler im Bad?) macht manchmal sehr komische Geräusche die gut zu hören sind. Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber, haben ein 2-3 Silberfische entdeckt und der Boden war nicht ganz gut gewischt, aber alles noch im Rahmen.

Sympa pour une nuit ou 2 à Pise

Café à volonté, propre et neuf, accueil sérieux et sympa, ventilation dans la chambre. C'est un grand appartement avec 3 ou 4 chambres et deux salles de bain, dont une cuisine commune.

La salle de bain commune est pour 2 chambres seulement donc ça va quand même.

Confort et fonctionnel pour un court séjour à Pise.

Vraiment en face de la gare et à 20 min à pied de l’aéroport. Depuis le balcon, on aperçoit la tour de Pise. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, 2 SDB/Toilettes pour 3 chambres, donc ce n’était pas gênant. Pour une nuit, c’était parfait.

Un peu cher pour un B&B de ce type et La Clim n’a pas fonctionné, il faisait 27 degrés dans la chambre. Mais il s’agit sûrement d’une panne du système de refroidissement donc un souci facile à réparer, j’espère, pour les prochains.

Fantastyczne miejsce! Największy pokoj z wszystkich jakie mielismy. Najbardziej jasny i słoneczny. Duze łóżko. Balkon no i fantastyczna lokalizacja. Najmniej oczekiwalam od łazienki, ktora byla wspolna na dwa pokoje, ale rowniez okazala się świetna. Duza, czyściutka! To co nas jednak urzekło, to personel❤️ najprzyjemniejszy jakiego spotkalismy. Pozwolil nam zostawić bagaże dlugo po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo polecam!!!
