Very clean and quiet. The price was worth it.

"The place was very clean and tidy. At the entrance, you immediately see the corridor with a small table where there's a coffee machine, and you can also drink tea. The corridor is decorated with various paintings. There are two bathrooms shared among the rooms: one large bathroom, fully equipped and clean, with 2 washing machines and hair dryers, and one smaller bathroom, always clean and well-equipped. And breakfast is also included "

"The only thing is that the apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, so it's a bit of a struggle to get up, therefore I wouldn't recommend it for people with lots of luggage. Also, it's better to send the message for the keys via email or WhatsApp or number because you don't always check the Booking app right away."

Perfect overnight stay.

Lovely large double room with a view of the Tower. A free breakfast of a pastry and coffee from a local cafe in the morning was a nice touch. Good , clean bathroom and toilet. Lovely tea & coffee station outside of the rooms

Beautiful place to stay in Pisa! Exceptional location and comfort! Good host!

A very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated place with a kettle and a coffee machine. Large bathroom. Exceptional cleanliness. Everything creates feelings of luxury. Tasty croissant for breakfast for free, large open terrace with a whole moon above, next to the train station, shopping street and close to the Cathedral and the Tower of Pisa. A brilliant host, friendly and responsive, even we didn’t meet and communicated via booking.com and WhatsApp.

The only problem for us was lifting a suitcase on the fifth floor. There is no lift there. Also it was a bit difficult to find this place, because I didn’t know that this is not a hotel, but a flat in a building with another large hotel located there.

Greta location for a stop off near the station! Free breakfast was a great surprise. Lovely spacious room, comfy beds.

Great value for money, suprising

Very good value for money. The apartment was nice, clean, equipped with AC and the shared amenities were tidy. We didn’t expect complimentary breakfast, so that was a nice surprise.

The fact that it is located on the 5th floor which is close to the roof and throughout the day it gets hot and then the rooms are super warm but that is preventable if using AC. The 5th floor without an elevator might be a problem for some, but not for us.

Not great

The room was big and mostly clean. There was coffee in the corridor and 2 shared bathrooms that were clean. We could see the top of the tower from our room. There was roof access that was pleasant in the morning. The guys at the bar kinzica were all very nice.

The host was not contactable. We had severe delays and were worried we would not get there before the bar shut. Luckily, the delays affected Piza too and the bar stayed open for the stranded people. Until now we have not heard back but the guys at the bar were helpful. We couldn't find the room either we had to go back to the bar and someone took us. It was a long day.

Amazing stay, perfect location, quiet place to rest

The staff member checking me in was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my nights stay. The location is right outside the train station and super convenient for travel. The room was very quiet, it'll depend on the guests that are staying at the time also as the corridor and bathrooms are shared but it was extremely peaceful and quiet on my stay with every room taken and I'm a light sleeper. Little things like ensuring the entrance door can't slam, makes such a difference! (I can't tell you how many places I've stayed where a simple thing like that would make such a difference) Overall 10/10, especially for the price. I'll be checking back on availability here every time I pass through Pisa.

Nothing - for me everything was perfect. The only thing I can think of for others, it's up 5 floors. I don't mind the walk, however it's something to consider if you have accessibility issues or a lot to carry.

Not a good experience

Room sizes are quite good..

No lift, not ideal for families with small kids and having heavy luggage. Property is on top floor(5th). We had to store our heavy luggage to the train station. Only 1 washroom shared between all 4 rooms. It wastes a lot of time and their checkout time is 10:00 Am which is not ideal, also their breakfast area is 300 meters away from property. They dont have baby cot and they dont even pick call and reply to messages after several hours only. So overall very bad experience.

Not very happy with the service

Nothing Much.

The key Management process was not very satisfactory. However, going and collecting the keys from a bar was not so comfortable. The smell in the bathroom was a little uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were not that clean. No Lift, it's on the 5th Floor.

Hotel from another planet.

Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Collection of keys from bar and directions to premises is totally unsatisfactory. When you do locate the so called hotel. You find it in a residential block of apartments. You have to climb 5/7flights of stairs which is not acceptable for less abled travellers and certainly would not be possible to gain entry with suitcase. On arrival Bed linen had stains on it. Iron framed bed with thin lumpy mattress. No hot water one day and the next day no toilet paper.The place felt damp which was supported by the crumbling walls Breakfast as it was called consisted of a pastry and small coffee. As a seasoned traveller I have stayed in better hostels than this. To call it a Hotel is very misleading. Stay here at your pearl.

Location was great for the station. Around a 20 minute walk to the tower. Hotel was a bit tricky to find once the keys were collected but the staff helped us with map directions

On the 5th floor with no lift so may be difficult if you have suitcases etc

the owner didn’t left us any info about the key nor answered the phone/texts/chat messages. we had to book another place on the spot.

Dirty unattended place

The location was very good, there was tea and coffee available.

The room was in the fifth floor without elevator, and you have to go to another place to ask for the keys. It also did not have a mirror. The toilet was unbearable, and the smell was extended in the entire hallway. It says the breakfast is included but you actually have to go to another place to get it and it is not a good breakfast.

Very close to the station and useful facilities when travelling (washing machine and dryer available)

The fact there is no reception made it a little awkward, especially when there was a powercut at midnight and you’re a young female who has to wander to the restaurant for help.

Location - couldn’t be closer to the train station. Also very good value; perfectly clean and breakfast (at bar kinzica) included 🤩 We were pleasantly surprised to find such a place at the top of four flights of stairs, and the view from the balcony is excellent

Disappointing

The location is good near the station.

We didn't sleep the whole night because the air conditioning is open and we can't turn it off because the remote is broken. Why would they leave it open in the middle of winter. And the air conditioning is very old it is so noisy. We've been traveling a lot and spending a lot of time in apartments and hotels but this apartment is the worst place we ever booked. I know it is a cheap apartment but I think it is our right just to sleep peacefully.

Good place to stay

A very good space to stay: near the centre/the railway station with spacious and warm room. The room has a seeing of the leaned tower. Moreover there is a big shared bathroom. The free breakfast (coffee and croissant), only once, was a big surprise.

It must be made a correction on Booking of a city tax. It's not 9 €, it's 12.
