Desire guest House

The accommodation is quiet despite being in the centre of town. Both the room and bathroom were incredibly clean, and the shower was very powerful. Air conditioning also worked fine, so the room was cool enough despite it being late July and very hot & humid outside.

The accommodation is a little hard to find (no signage outside, and it’s a tall building but no signs telling you which floor to head to (by the way it’s on floor 2, but when we used the lift on the second occasion, it spat us out on floor 4 so I’m not sure how reliable the lift is). If you’re someone who can’t manage stays well, this does make arrival a bit of a headache. The accommodation feels a bit impersonal and bare, and the room lighting wasn’t great (cold and bright ceiling lamps, paired with much too weak bed side table lamps) so you’re not going to want to spend a cosy evening in there. However, everything was very clean and in good nick so it was perfectly adequate for a one-night stay on our way to somewhere else the next day.

Aproape de gara sau aeroport, centrul se afla la cativa pasi, camera suficient de spatioasa, curata, cred ca bucataria comuna iti poate pune la dispozitie cam ce ai nevoie, daca e nevoie.

O mare problema este siguranta la aceasta cazare. Nu pot sa scriu cam ce-as dori sa expun, asa ceva n-am patit in toate excursiile in care am fost. In jurul orei 24 a intrat cineva in camera ca sa caute nu stiu ce canale tv (pentru adulti cred) fara a avea aprobarea vreunuia dintre noi. Pur si simplu au deschis usa (care era incuiata) si au intrat in camera. Noroc de baiat si sotie care nu dormeau, mi-au spus abia dupa ce-am plecat, se intelege de ce. NU recomand aceasta cazare din punct de vedere al sigurantei.
