It was a lovely stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It is just a 2–3 minute walk from the train station, with a taxi rank available there as well, which was very convenient. The airport is about a 20-minute walk away, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa can also be reached in around 20 minutes on foot, so the location is excellent. Right next to the building, there is a kebab place with good coffee and pastries at very affordable prices.

We liked the location, it was close to the train station, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa was only a 10-minute walk away. Despite our flight being delayed, we were welcomed by friendly staff, and we were able to check in without any problems even at 4 a.m. local time. The room was clean and spacious.

There was no view from the window at all. Unfortunately, in the booking photos the curtain was closed, so it wasn’t clear what was behind it. It was a bit noisy and the soundproofing was poor, we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms and in the corridors.

I would never stay at this place again

1. dirty, poor room cleaning 2. nights stay - no one cleaned the room, no one even threw out the trash 3. 1 towel per 1 person is this a hostel??? 4. unsafe area 5. impolite staff 6. there is no information on the booking that the owner Mohammed asks for payment in cash. But the problem was solved, they met us halfway and we paid by card by transfer 7. no communication with hotel staff 8. the hotel owner never tried to communicate with us, we checked out of the room, but there is still no information about check-out on the booking page

The host didn't reply to any of my messages If you need anything you are on your own The room was not ready at the time we arrived Taking into account that the checkout is at 10 am it was weird We messaged the host about where to leave the keys and of course, he didn't reply

Good location, super clean and comfortable.

Location: I felt the location was great if you are arriving by train or from the airport (via the very convenient PisaMOVER). It is only five minutes walk from the train station, and very near the river. Some might think it is better to get accommodation in the old town, but I found walking down the Corso Italia which takes you to the historic town (which is pretty much pedestrianised) rather lovely day or night. Air Conditioning - Depending on when you are visiting, I would highly recommend having a/c. The unit in our room was a new split type unit - lovely, quiet, and had no issues cooling the room to the desired temperature. This potentially makes e a huge difference to the quality of sleep. Room: This looked like it had recently been refurbished, and was pretty spotless other than a few scuffs on the wall, and some staining on the tile grout in the bathroom. The floor was lovely marble type ceramic tiles. The beds were comfortable; the pillows were memory foam (don't know if there are options for normal pillows, but these were fine. Nice to have a small fridge (there is a tiny supermarket type shop across the street open till just after midnight, and if one walks down Corso Italia there are bigger shops, we particularly liked PAM due to its wide selections). I opted for the room with an extra bed even though there were just two of us and for a little extra one got more space. Welcome: We were buzzed up quickly, and the person who showed us the room and gave us the keys was friendly and spoke good English, and helped us with the luggage. Drinks: The facility for drinks (kettle and coffee machine) is in the 'lounge' part of the accommodation, which was fine. But please note that no milk is provided so you have to get your own! There is an 'outdoor' space in the courtyard off the lounge with tables (I guess also for smoking). Nearby: Just on the other side of the roundabout there is a piazza type of place with two cafes.

Sound: Although the windows are double glazed, you still hear some road noise particularly from motorcycles/scooters, and in my case the bin collectors! The sound deadening between rooms isn't that great either, and at times we heard the TV from next door. It wasn't an issue for us, but if you need it to be super silent maybe you should choose somewhere else. Lastly, the compressor on the fridge which cycles on and off was a bit noisy.

Great stay for Pisa experiences

3 minutes from train station. Lots of cafes etc nearby. Short walk to the tower Mohammed was as lovely and helpful as other reviews had said. Very friendly and was available if we needed anything. Room was lovely and comfortable. Shared kitchen and patio area available. Really it had so much to offer. Would have stayed longer if had the time.

TOP mattress and a viscoelastic pillow! TOP! They made our late check in possible and kept our bags. Very kind! Newly refurbished bathroom. Good shower.

Looks new and spotless

The room looked like new and was spotless. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the station. There are plenty of shops and bars locally. The extras are a very nice touch. Mohammed was very friendly and helpful.

Not easy to find (if you locate bar galleria then it is in that small walkway directly opposite the side of that kebab bar). Unfortunately there was no toaster despite being advertised. No sign of an oven or minibar either but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Great location for Pisa train station

Less than a 5 min walk to Pisa Centrale, we stayed 1 night due to having an early morning flight, so it was ideal

Everything was perfect. The location is convenient, just 3min walk from Pisa Centrale. The room & bathroom was super clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. And not to mention the lounge with nice sofas to relax on, there is also coffee available and biscof. And the host was welcoming and friendly. We loved it!

SUPER BIG AND CLEAN ROOM

Excellent stay! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the train station, which made our departure super convenient. We were able to drop off our luggage and head out to explore right away. The place was spotless, and Mohammed was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with a wide shower (a big plus!), a bidet, and high-quality toiletries including soap and shampoo. They also offered complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, and bottled water during the entire stay, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, and just downstairs you’ll find a kebab place, cafés, and souvenir shops. And the price? Absolutely unbeatable for what you get. Highly recommended!

La ubicacion, tienes q pasar por una zona muy “conflictiva”, la entrada esta en un pasillo de una galeria donde hay gente conflictiva y cada vez q entras y sales te miran muy descarados o te increpan, bloquean entre dos o tres porque se ponen en el acceso del portal a fumar y tienes q pasar entre ellos, estuvimos a punto de irnos, menos mal q solo fue una noche porque si no hubieramos perdido el dinero

Breve ma bello

La posizione , pulizia della stanza , il letto comodo.

Cambierei i programmi tv anche con i classici italiani in quanto c'è solo youtube, prime, amazon in lingua originale ! Purtroppo la stanza che dava sulla strada principale e un po' rumorosa. Sicuramente non e una colpa del proprietario in quanto i serramenti e le tapparelle sono nuove !

Centrale è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

Soggiorno senza Internet e TV nei primi due giorni. Stanza con affaccio terribile. Segnalazione e soluzione (approccio sfuggente) con la struttura via WA solo al terzo giorno.Problemi con odore di fogna nel bagno, si risolve con la finestra aperta.

Спасибо большое Али, он первоклассный сотрудник, помог с заселением, вышел к нам и проводил в отель. Когда в 11 ночи мы не смогли войти в номер, он снова пришел и помог. В отеле дублируются номера комнат, будьте внимательны с направлением от двери.

Очень трудно найти: маленькая зелененькая табличка слева от арки.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko stacji. W hotelu znajdowało się pomieszczenie dostępne dla wszystkich gości, w którym były dostępne talerzyki, kubki i drobne przekąski.

Niestety trzeba pamiętać, aby poinformować obiekt o godzinie przyjazdu, jeśli nie chcemy stać pod budynkiem (drzwi na klatkę są zamknięte). W pokoju był nieprzyjemny zapach.

Colazione in complesso giusto per partire . Caffè ok con qualche biscottino secco. Acqua e bevanda in lattina. Il posto è piuttosto da maschietti motociclisti della serie veterani. Non credo per famiglie con bambino . Però la struttura è pulitissima , nuova e molto accogliente.. l'host gentile e disponibile.

Un pochino ls colazione che si possa chiamare così. Ma meglio di niente va bene. La posizione poi non di può cambiare. Il prezzo è ottimo

Vicinanza alle strutture che ho dovuto utilizzare. Angolo relax e possibilità di farsi un caffè. Materasso comodo. Camera abbastanza pulita, tranne la poltrona in tessuto.

Difficoltà ad individuare la struttura (nessun cartello esterno). Accolto da un ragazzo che non parlava italiano che ci ha indicato inizialmente una camera già occupata da altro ospite. Le porte si aprono con un codice facilmente intuibile. Pertanto non ci siamo sentiti sicuri. Manca una cassaforte. Molto rumorosa sia dall'interno che dall'esterno. La pubblicità fatta indicando la vista sulla città è ingannevole perché la vista è su strada e palazzi.
