nothing to like

the property or cleaning boy came around 12 am in night to collect the city tax. that was soo cheap and there was no towels for shower nor tissue.

It’s impossible not to have air conditioning. The room was blazing hot, I think it was around 50 degrees. They had a portable air conditioner that couldn’t cope. I do not recommend this accommodation — you’d be better off sleeping at the airport. The accommodation is too expensive and offers nothing. The bathroom also smells.

Stay somewhere else near the airport!

Closeness to airport.

We were given tiny hand towels to dry ourselves after showering. The shower didn’t feel clean and had only remnants of shower gel remaining. The pillows were so thin they were pretty much non existent. The place itself was strange. It was a converted apartment shared with other guests and a shared bathroom. Didn’t feel we were given value for money.

Great location, but the price is not worth for the facilities provided.

It’s a great location though just 12 to 15 minutes walk from the airport. Also half an hour walk to the city centre. The location Wise is great option this guesthouse stay.

It’s bit expensive price for the accommodation for that price we can get better facilities than this.

Close to train station.

A 5-7 minute walk to the train station and a 30 minute walk to the tower of Pisa. A spacious room with a working fan.

The bathroom was dated and didn’t feel that clean. There was dust building up on the sink and the dirt on the shower screen. Shower had no power. The towels were so small they didn’t fit around us.

the host was really nice and helpful, easy to contact. + i think it was nicer/better in real life than in the photos

only thing that was a litte annoying were that some other guests were spreading water over the floor in the bathroom, and leaving hair in the shower, but thats something that the host cannot do anything about

The guest house was clean, had a lovely air-con unit and an amazing vibe close to the airport. The lovely man running the place was kind and helpful. The bed was large and comfy and the whole room had a pleasant and safe feel. The bathroom was clean and though I didnt use the shower it looked very nice.

There could have been another extension cable on the other side of the bed so I could charge my phone and be close to it aswell.

It is near airport, around 15 minutes by walk. Room was clean. Bathroom as well. Communication with the host as well, we got all information needed. Take in mind that check in is until 00:00.

Disappointing

Its location, a mere 10 minutes walk to Pisa Airport is basically the only point in favour of this (so called) B&B + the manager Ali was kind and let us use his wife's hairdryer.

First of all, this is not a Bed & Breakfast but simply a couple of rooms inside an old apartment. The rooms are large in size but devoided of any character. Cleaning was extremely approximative. Heating is on ONLY after 8pm, and in the shared bathroom is not on at all. Shower comes out with almost no pressure, and the hottest you can get is luke-warm. No breakfast and no kitchen to prepare one (or coffee, at least). Would I stay here again? At 58 euros per night certainly not. At half that price I might.

Bates Motel (the Pisa edition)

It was a place to sleep, there was a bed. it was available. other than that nothing. leaving was the highlight. the location is handy as it’s in between airport and train station

the guy who runs this has a very strange manner. there was no customer service from the word go, his messages were curt and rude. there were only hand towels for showering, then when you did take a shower it was like a dribble and barely warm. he was overbearing. the whole set up is weird, we were told not to go in and out of the building and had to be completely silent at all times. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before, it’s a very uncomfortable atmosphere. i would avoid this place at all cost. we went out in the evening for a quick dinner and felt like we should stay out as late as possible to avoid being there. i know that he’s going to counter this review by saying we were awful as I’ve read past complaints where he’s then turned it back on the customer. again showing a complete lack of respect.

Reasonable quality but friendly staff

We spontanously needed a place to stay close to the airport and the owner was super nice to help us out late at night. It was as we expected - simple but fulfilling the need of a few hours sleep and with a friendl owner. Recommendable for this purpose.

The price was a bit high indeed for this room and the facilities. Also the aircon was too loud at night.
