Rooms are clean and simple, the kitchen is well equipped. Rooms have an air-conditioning, which was very helpful in the hot summer days.
Rooms are made by partitioning of a former apartment, and the bathroom is separate from your room, so you have to go out, then unlock your private bathroom with a key. Not very funny with only a towel around your waist.

Good air conditioning and location really close to station are biggest benefits of staying here.
