Great staff and location, but the stay was let down by inconsistent and poor housekeeping service.

The staff was very good and accommodating, showing understanding regarding our request. They were helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the complimentary snacks provided.

The housekeeping during our 6-night stay was quite disappointing. We accepted the offer for a cleaning, but the next day, barely anything was done—only the towels were changed. We were later told the bedsheets were not changed because we had left personal belongings on the bed, but we were not informed of this rule beforehand. Yet, they managed to throw away one of our personal bags that was on the floor. Additionally, the room was cold for a while (which is why we lowered the rating), although we were eventually provided with extra blankets, which we appreciated. The lack of butter for breakfast was a small detail that was missed.

Between Pisa train station and airport and within walking distance of both. Clean, comfortable bed, nice en suite, fridge in room. Some cooking facilities, breakfast bits provided plus tea and coffee, though we didn’t cook. Dining room.

Carrying heavy suitcases up to 2nd floor but probably mentioned this in details. Plumbing was quite noisy but we still slept well.

Great, clean room in an ideal location

The room was perfect for our family of 4 and was spotless. The owner was present a few times a day and was lovely. The location was great within walking distance to the airport and also the city.

There was nothing we didn't like but we would have found it helpful to have contact from the owner prior to our stay. Everything about the room and location was perfect and once we spoke to the owner (who was lovely) we knew our booking and arrival time was approved.

Convenient stay for couple - short walk from airport and train station and near enough to walk to the centre and leaning

The bed was really comfy. Loved the centre kitchen bit where you could help yourself to tea and coffee any time. The bloke who welcomed us was also really lovely. 35 minute walk to the leaning tower 12 minute walk to the airport and 15 minute walk to the train station. Ideal location

The only annoying thing was the noise the heating system made after you used the taps/had a shower. But we got over that!

Wouldn’t recommend. There are similar stays closer the the airport that are much more comfortable

Walking distance from the airport and staff were pretty friendly.

Property was very noisy. Made a loud vibrating noise when any of the rooms used sink, shower or toilet. The air conditioning had a terrible smell when using and looks like signs of it leaking. There aren’t proper curtains in the room so it is quite light and you can hear cars passing at all hours. Didn’t receive any of the checkin details until after the check in time and I had chased.

Very convenient for airport. Host was very welcoming and helpful and replied very promptly to messages. Bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

Room 3 had a very noisy toilet! Breakfast was basic although adequate for our needs.

Convenient and comfortable for a late landing flight.

It was very easy to walk here from the airport and we were met and shown round by a very friendly man. Large bedroom for all four of us and my daughters were pleased to have their own beds. The air con worked well as it was warm. Nice to have some breakfast items for the morning.

Perfect Airport Stay

We were traveling to Tuscany and our flight from London was severely delayed. We arrived in Pisa at 1am after the airport car hire desk was closed and so we needed to book a hotel for the night. This B&B was very accommodating and helpful and was able to allocate us a room last minute. They even sent a message after hours to check that we had arrived safely. The B&B was a 10 minute walk from the airport, the rooms were clean and the facilities were exactly what we needed.

Perfect if you have an early flight

Ali, the host was very helpful. There's a shared kitchen with a dining area. There's a supermarket 10 minutes walk where you can get food for a simple meal. The host supplied water and there was a little fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Some breakfast snacks were provided too. The AC was excellent!

The area isn't salubrious, but I felt safe walking around. There's no lift but the host carried my bag upstairs for me.

Exceptional hospitality and comfort! We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive — they even let us check in earlier, which was very much appreciated. The room was spotless and equipped with air conditioning, making it very comfortable. There’s also a shared area with a kitchen, washing machine, iron, and a coffee machine — everything you need for a relaxed stay. In the evening, we were treated to a lovely complimentary snack, which was a very warm and thoughtful touch.

The location is within walking distance of both the airport and the train station, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. However, it’s a bit further from the main cultural center and tourist attractions, so be prepared for a longer walk or a short bus ride.

Czysty pokój oraz łazienka, sprzątanie na życzenie. Fajnie, że codziennie rano można było złapać rogalika/ sucharki i dżem jako poranną przekąskę. Pyszna kawa z kapsułek. Łóżko wygodne.

Brak krzesełka na balkonie. Brak wieszaka na odzież wierzchnią. Cienkie ściany przez co naprawdę wszystko słychać.
