It would be good if not the argument with the stuff.

It was clean and the apartment smell nice. It had tea in the kitchen. The kitchen was very big and very comfortable to cook. The shower was also good. They provided us with some shower gel & shampoo as well. And two good white towels. The view from the window was nice.

I was afraid to pass in the corridor, because it had camera. The stuff wasn’t nice, while replying to us. They were texting from two different numbers and several times accused me of the fact that we answered them at 19:00 and not earlier instead of just normally processing the check-in. The send us a link to pay the city tax, which I was afraid to follow, because nowadays there are a lot of scammers who take your bank card details, if you follow the link. Anyway, they didn’t let me to send them money through Wise and insisted that we had to follow the link. So be ready you might get that kind of treatment if you stay with them.

Lovely stay - feels like at home

Easy check-in. Responsive owner. Air conditioning (which is appreciated given that this is actually a flat converted into a hostel). My room (No 3) was fairly big. The property was very clean. Pastries for breakfast. Close to the main train station (10 mins by foot). Close to the airport (also 10 mins by foot).

It is not possible to leave luggage before check-in. Some distance away from the city centre (it takes 40 mins by foot to reach the Leaning Tower).

It was very clean, the location is good if you want to be near to the airport or train station. In general the apartment is fine if you are not sensitive to noise and don’t mind long walk to the tourist attractions. The coffee and the treats were nice bonus.

The walls are very thin - I could hear any noise in the property and even though the other guests were quiet I was awaken by doors opening, shower etc. Sharing 1 bathroom between 4 rooms could be annoying, however during my stay I haven’t wait to use it, and it was clean all the time. The area around the train station seems a bit dodgy at night and you should cross it to reach the property.

Self check in was great! Easy way to get the key and move around. Everything was awesomely clean and location was awesome, 10’ walk to the airport and 15’ to the city center!

Super (clean and bright) apartment room, a stone's throw from airport

Everything - clear communications (fluent English if you prefer it); clear and easy self-check-in; clean, bright, spacious apartment with lots of natural light and elevated views; spotlessly clean; modern fixtures and fittings, all working perfectly; complimentary coffee (nespresso machine) in large bright kitchen; comfortable bed and good towels; good location, within easy walking distance of both station and airport; nearby bar and upmarket Neapolitan pizzeria (and more normal ones nearby too). With a knackered foot and a cumbersome suitcase the thing that perhaps made me happiest of all was the fully functioning, modern lift between ground and fifth floor!! (If it had been out of order my experience might have been rather less happy.. 😁)

Comfortable room, sparkling clean and they accommodated a late check-in (via pincodes).

Charged an additional 20 euro for late check-in but to be fair they were clear about this additional charge upfront.

I had a great stay here! The location is incredibly convenient— it is close to Pisa Centrale train station and also close the airport. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions for a smooth late check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless, as were the shared areas. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Pisa!

horribly hot without air conditioner

the room was like a sauna , in 38 degree Pisa weather the room had no air conditioner only there was a fan which was not even enough to cool the room. We thought about even sleeping outside because it was not possible to breathe in the room. the apartment is located on the top of the building and it is really warm , taking all the heat and sun during day and in the night it is impossible to sleep in this apartment. A human cannot stay there in summer

It's near the center and the train station, the shared spaces are clean and it's mostly quiet area, it allows a good rest.

You have to pay an extra fee to store your luggage after the check-in, although it's very safe.

Max the host was lovely and informed use of the times he would be there .. room were well furnished and very clean, bed was very comfortable, they supplied croissants which were very fresh

Nice and quiet stay near train station and airport.

The location is super convenient if you are taking a flight or train, as it's in the middle of both. The staff is nice, the apartment was clean and quiet.

It could have an airconditioner (and would be willing to pay more for it). Maybe in winter, it's not needed, but in summer, with the current heatwaves, would be nice. However, for the price, it's perfect.

Fantastic location, halfway between the train station and airport. Perfect for an early departure. Host was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee and other small breakfast items included.

Kitchen Ice Snacks Communication

There’s no AC in the room. There was 30 degrees inside, we couldn’t sleep. I’d recommend installing something that makes the room feel colder in order to offer this during summer.
