Conveniently located very close to the train station which made arrival and departure very easy. The self check in process was straightforward and the directions were sent on the day of arrival. The room was clean and spacious and bedding was comfortable. The shared bathrooms were very clean, the hot water worked well. The wifi worked great. The communal kitchenette with coffee pod machine and coffee pods were provided was a nice addition. The room was secure with 3 different locked areas to enter through before getting into the room. There was also cafe and fast food options on the same street. It was about a 2km walk to the leaning tower of Pisa which was very easy.

View of neighbouring laundry and the fact l could check in anytime.

The guest house is in a very convenient location — just one minute from the train station (that was important for me).
They offered me a different room — with a private bathroom instead of a shared one. Thank you very much!
This situation is both a plus and a minus: when I arrived, the host met me at the door and said there was a mix-up, and my room would be in another house just across the street. I was traveling alone in the evening, and at first, I got scared because no one told me about this in the chat. But everything turned out fine.
The room was okay but not cozy. The light was dim and cold, the smell wasn’t nice, and there were automatic air fresheners everywhere. Ugh, why are they needed in every corner? The smell was like in a public toilet! I had to hide them. When you open the window to air out, it becomes very noisy.
The area is not very nice. It feels a bit like Turkey — lots of kebab places and small market-style shops. But luckily, the train station is close, so it’s easy to leave quickly.
There was no duvet cover — the blanket was wrapped in a sheet, which isn’t hygienic, since the sheet moves and the blanket touches you.
