Nice location, next to train station. Room was clean.
It was very noisy. It felt like you sleep on open windows when they were closed. Soundproofing was bad, considering that it is located on a busy boulevard.

Online checkin process was good and easy to follow steps.
Misleading Rooms: Based on the listing photos, we selected a bright bedroom with white curtains and good daylight. However, we were given a completely different, dark room with red and multicolored interiors and curtains. When we raised this with the landlord, they claimed we should have informed them in advance of our preference—which makes no sense since the listing photos didn't specify which room we were booking. Hosts should specify room numbers or names with their corresponding pictures so guests can select the exact room they prefer. Inadequate Breakfast: We provided our vegan preference in advance, but unfortunately, there were no vegan croissants or options available. Aside from tea, coffee, toast, butter, cheese, and juice, there were no suitable choices for us. Overall, accurate room descriptions and better communication regarding dietary requirements are urgently needed. Also, the breakfast lady was not understanding our requests.

Room was clean and pleasant, great location and communication with staff was good.
A kettle in the room for making a hot drink would be good.
