Great Location, Quiet and Clean

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and very clean hotel. The location is perfect — right next to the train station, yet on a relatively quiet street, so we slept very well. The bed was comfortable, the room was very pleasant, and the check-in and access system were very convenient and easy to use. All the main attractions of Pisa are within walking distance. There’s also an option for a simple breakfast with sweet and savory choices at a reasonable price, which is great if you want something quick in the morning. Thank you to the hotel for being flexible and allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out. We would definitely recommend it!

Good location. Easy to get around.

When we were in the rooms two men came up to the lobby and they didn’t identify who they were and were very rude. I texted the rental lady and she said at first that there was no one else supposed to be there but us and that she would find out who they were and she texted back that there were workers send by the owner. The bathrooms were outside of the rooms to share with other people. This was weird for us because in USA I have never seen this.. I think if the two men had identified themselves at the beguiling it would not have been weird but they were very rude. Other than that everything was ok

Very affordable and suitable for a short stay

Location is just fantastic if you need to stay close to train station or your flight is early morning. Few minutes walking distance from train station. It is right up on the top of Gambrinus cafe, so handy to grab a coffee and croissant on the way. The building is very old with high ceilings. Water was nice and hot and bathroom was always available to use as it is 2 of them for 4 rooms. Price is very affordable. Bed was comfortable with extra blankets.

The room window is facing the busy road and it is a bit noisy from the street especially with cars parked which alarm was going on and off several times in the evening. Also was able to hear my neighbours from other rooms coming back and going in the corridor and watching TV…but managed to sort it out with ear plugs at night. The light in corridor was coming all night true the door edges so it might be a problem if you like complete darkness…or to wear an eye covering might be solution. Very old furniture and style and lot of dust on the picture frames on the walls. No kettle in the room. No kitchen. No microwave.

The location was good - Pisa is very walkable. There was air conditioning in the room which was great.

They use a remote unlock system which just wasn't for me. They go to lengths to make it clear how to operate it, but when you're hot and tired there's nothing like a human to just answer your questions! Thankfully there was a cleaner onsite when I arrived and she was kind and helpful, but I was lucky she was there. Someone did answer me when I questioned them remotely but I had to wait in the heat a little, obviously, for their response. Also, the shower "times out". Possibly a water-saving mechanism, it just stops running mid-flow after only a few minutes. It took me a while to find the button to push to make it go again, and it timed out quicker and quicker every time I pushed it! When I just wanted a short shower after a long hot day and it didn't even seem like I could enjoy that, I felt annoyed. I wouldn't stay here again.

The place I'm definitely going if I come back to Pisa

On a return trip where everything was going wrong - probably the only thing that went right was my booking with Christian B&B. They were able to prepare my room earlier so I could check-in. The place has a lot of charm and the location is great - close both to the airport and to the tower and square. My experience with them was great - I have no doubts where I am going if I come back to Pisa. Highly recommend.

Quirky place, central and beautifully clean throughout. Very convenient for the station and for central Pisa . Once we worked out the lock system, this was really very good. Family of 9 adults stayed and was good for all of us.

Perhaps not hassle guests to leave when they actually have an 11am departure.

Cozy apartment close to Pisa train station

The room was really close to the train station and it was really convenient. The reception is virtual.

There was a lot of noise from outside. You could also hear the noises from the other rooms and also from the doors opening and closing. The bathroom did not have a curtain and there was a lot of water after the shower even though we were really careful.

Please change the bed in the single room, otherwise great!

A nice B&B placed close to the train station, with a totally aoutomated check-in and entry process. I never saw any staff member, it wasn't necessary. Everything clean and freshly renovated, the single room was spacious and exactly like in the pictures on Booking.com.

Good value for the money.

The room was amazing. Super clean and with good furniture. Comfortable.The bathroom was a dream. 3 minutes walking from central station and 20 minutes walking to Pisa downtown. Really nice for a pit stop.

The automatic door lock. It can work but it’s not well explained even with all the emails you get with step by step instructions. It simply doesn’t work and we needed to ask for help. No one at the reception and when someone came the lady doesn’t speak English. However she was able to help.

The location was very easy and the Airport and Pisa Centrale was very closer, and that’s was helpful for me to visit other cities!

We met only one Albanian employee on the first day, who was very kind and positive, but then the staff did not exist anymore.

Close to railway station and all amenities. Comfortable large bed in smallish well decorated room. Modern bathroom with excellent hot shower. You have to walk up a short flight of stairs to get to the lift.
