A beautiful, enormous room, with an exceptional bathroom. Lots of extras like robes. Close to the station and a pleasant walk to the main attractions. Close to shops and restaurants but set on a quiet street.
Lovely, plentiful breakfast brought to our room.
Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Everything we wanted from an overnight stay, would definitely return.
One guest found the bed a little firm, also the room was a little warm for us but, due to the season, the air conditioning was not switched on. Solved this easily by opening the windows, but would have preferred not to as they opened onto the street.

The suite is spacious with a separate door which made it easier to settle the kids to bed earlier than the adults :) Everything is super clean and the staff polite and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Cini Luxury Rooms. The location is absolutely perfect, making it so easy to explore Pisa on foot, and everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away.
The room itself was stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into every detail. We felt relaxed and looked after from the moment we arrived.
Honestly, everything about our stay was 10/10. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the balcony with a view of the garden. Comfy bed. Nice cotton sheets. All very luxurious.
The ypung woman who we mainly dealt with was delightful and very helpful.
It needed a little coffee table to put things on - for instance breakfast.
Also the shower arrangement was a bit weird - the see through window into the shower. Glad there was a blind.

It was an amazing experience! The luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and kid-friendliness were evident, with attention given to every detail. They provided us with detailed information, including a recommended restaurant list and must-do activities; it was stunning. I strongly recommend it!

We had stayed the week before and staying on our return to Pisa. We had heard of a rail strike and told the staff we would be arriving at 18:30 all being well...much later than planned due to the strike. The staff member said that would be alright as she was on duty. On our return the place was locked and we could not gain access. After 30 minutes my wife had found a good neighbour who helped us gain access. We had journeyed for 7 hours and to be stuck outside our hotel was quite appalling. On our return home we found Cini had contacted us regarding entry - the computer being 1000 miles from Pisa. Total breakdown of communications. Why didn't the staff member who we informed of our late arrival not tell us the place would be closed and unstaffed at 18:00! We had told her of our late return. We have stayed at the Cini several times but never again.
Almost everything.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The junior suite with jacuzzi bath was the most luxurious room I’ve ever stayed in, with so many thoughtful extras provided that made it feel really special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! They went above and beyond, letting me stay comfortably in the lobby until my airport transfer and organising a taxi for me. This has truly been the best hotel experience I’ve had.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we had a very spacious, clean room.
Location was a little further from the centre than I would have liked, but it was still really great

Staff were so helpful. Made us very welcome on arrival and prepared a breakfast for us because we had to leave early for airport. Nothing was a bother. Every thing was so clean and our room was perfect. The accomodation was very central. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back.

We stayed for just one night on our way home, but would gladly stay longer next time. The location is excellent, with an undergrouns parking nearby and everything within walking distance. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. There is a lovely inner courtyard with a garden, and the room had everything we needed. As we had an early flight, the staff kindly offered to prepare a breakfast for us in advance. We had completely forgotten about it, but when we returned in the evening, everything was ready in our room - a perfect, varied breakfast waiting for the morning.
Nothing - everything was perfect.

Palazzo Cini felt luxurious from the moment you stepped into the lovely cool and beautifully scented hallway. The lady on reception was exceptionally helpful and managed to get us into one of our rooms early as we flew into Pisa at 10:30. The rooms were equipped with everything you could want, robes, slippers even spare toothbrushes. We loved the breakfast tray, loaded with high quality products. All absolutely delicious. We enjoyed ours on the balcony. We would definitely book here again.

The welcoming staff, Irene was friendly informative and fabulous.
The beautiful artwork and interior aesthetic.
The room was well appointed with a calm contemporary vibe with comfortable bed and a great bathroom.
The terrace and garden area was a lovely space to chill out.
Very central
The only thing to note was that there are quite a few stairs and no lift.

Nice property and good location. Friendly staff
Only small issue was that the towels were a bit old and discoloured. Also the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Could have provided a small selection of fresh fruit instead of just an apple.

Our room was comfortable, spacious as was the bathroom. Our breakfast was a real treat, brought to our door with more food than we could eat. Everything we did was within easy walking distance.

The hotel is charming, the location is excellent, and the service is exceptional. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. In the garden, it is possible to listen to the concert of the birds singing. Overall, I will return and I will highly recommend the place for a few days in Pisa

What a beautiful hotel. A great location and the beds were so comfortable and the room was spotless! We only stayed for one night but the staff were so warm and friendly - they made us so welcome. They were happy for us to come back and use the lovely garden whilst we waited for our evening flight - so kind, particularly as our youngest daughter had a bit of a funny turn. We really appreciated it - and next time we’re in Pisa we’ll be back.

Lovely large clean room with good sized balcony.
Breakfast, which is served in the room, is good and plentiful.
About 15 minutes easy walk to the historical centre.
Helpful staff.
Some of the balcony chairs were a little tired.
Door to balcony let in rain....in fairness it was a deluge so probably a little unusual.
Nowhere in room to easily eat your breakfast....you had to eat it off your lap which I, personally, am not a fan of.

Close to train station, but far enough away. Close to great restaurants. Especially liked Ristorante La Buca, which was recommended to us by hotel staff when we checked in. Also Leonardo Cafe. Short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Centrally located, great room, great staff
8.0 / 10.0
Everything is clean and modern, the location is near the train station and the main shopping street, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
The rooms are a bit small, and they don’t have blackout shades, so light comes through the curtains at night. Also, there is no elevator and the hot tub is only in the room for two (the matrimonial room), so just keep this in mind if you book it for this room.

Located in a quiet area of town near to train station (5 min walk) clean and very spacious room with large bathroom with a large shower.
