Great location, quiet street, proximity to supermarket, cleanliness, amenities and good bedding and breakfast.
It would be nice to be able to have breakfast downstairs with proper table and chairs. This is not a 24-hour reception which is very hard to find in Europe nowadays anyway.

The location isn’t the prettiest in Pisa but it is certainly very central and convenient.

Absolutely stunning. Our room was immaculate. The breakfast every morning was superb. Great location in the old town and an easy walk to everything!
