Great place to stay

Really lovely place, the location is great, close to the main train station and not far away from the tower and other attractions. We even walked from the airport. The hosts were kind and friendly. There is coffee and tea for you to make. We really liked it here. Great base point if you plan to explore the surrounding area.

It was nice, clean and comfy!

The hosts are very welcoming and helpful! The room was very clean and comfy and had a nice view of the river! It is within walking distance to the tower of Pisa (about 12-15 mins walk). It is a quiet area too despite being next to a main road!

The wifi kept disconnecting, which is not the best if you are someone who want to work from your room on your laptop. Maybe that was a temporary issue. Also when booking keep in mind no breakfast is offered to these facilities. Other than that everything else was excellent!

Wonderful hosts Patrizia and Fabrizio. Welcoming, friendly, ready to help. Very clean rooms. Excellent facilities, with everything you need for a stay. The location is also excellent, on the banks of the Arno river. I recommend with all my heart. I will definitely come back

Nice place with very friendly owners.

It was only a one night stay for us, but it was very comfortable. The host were lovely and let us check in before the scheduled time. They also make breakfast earlier for us as we had a flight to catch. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and only another 10 minutes to the tower.

The air conditioner was struggling in the room, so we were a little warm at night.

Great stay, wonderful hosts!

Amazing hosts, so helpful! The room was super clean, with a really nice modern shower, the bed was very comfy. There was air conditioning and mosquito net at the windows which is perfect for summer time as the room was cool and mosquito free! The location was 5mins walk from the station and 10mins walk from the Pisa tower. The views of the river were beautiful.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Located mid way between the station and Pisa tower.

This is effectively a small guest house which was not clear in the description. Breakfast was limited as might be expected in such a small guest house. Overpriced.

Good location, 10 min walk to train station or Pisa Tower. 5 min walk to main shopping streets or bus station to the beach. Room spacious.

I wouldn't call it a 3 star Hotel. More like AnB and Hotel hibrid. Or one star hotel. It's good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights, but not worth of staying longer, where's no fasilities for long stay. Breakfast very basic - sandwiches and dry food (not the level of 3 star).

Walking distance location.

We liked almost everything about this place. - 15 minutes maximum walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and only 9 minutes from the train station. - Friendly host, we were allowed to enter the room before check-in time and we had complimentary water. - Beautiful view from the breakfast room.

- The breakfast could have been healthier, I would have preferred some fresh fruits or vegetables.

Comfortable and relaxed stay.

Breakfast was good, though cold choices only. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Liked that there was a bottle of water in mini fridge on arrival. Able to leave luggage until time of departure. Location is convenient for Pisa and train station. The room was quiet. This is a small family run establishment.

The location was fantastic and the owners are fabulous.

For those expecting a hotel experience, this is not it. This is essentially a home stay and a good one of those. The only thing at issue for me a 197cm tall man is that the shower is a bit small with low water pressure. Though that is not unexpected from a property in a building in a medieval city

Super helpful host and central location in Pisa

We arrived to Pisa around noon and Fabrizio was very flexible letting us leave our luggage (and actually our room was ready for us when we came) - that was very helpful for us not having to drag our luggage around with us. The room was fine with a minibar with a bottle of water and the possibility to make tea/coffee. Close to Pisa centre - easily within walking distance both of the leaning tower and the shopping streets. Bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The view from the breakfast room was wonderful - especially on a sunny November morning. Fabrizio very kindly also helped us book a taxi to the airport the morning of our departure - it was on time and only cost us 10 Euro.

The bed was - I think - with a memory foam top mattress, we felt sucked in to it and it felt very warm; but that is of course a matter of opinion/preference. A bit noisy from traffic outside and from other people in the building inside.
