Very neat hotel, in the center of Pisa. Clean and reliable. Maybe not fancy looking on the photographs, but I would strongly recommend it. :)
All was good.

Double booked and then won’t refund. Arrived in the middle of the night with children and people in our bed. Shocking dishonest - avoid!
Dishonest owner

Mattress not great!

Location was good.
No staff there , I was sent a code and had to collect my key from a selection of keys on the reception.
5.0 / 10.0
Only the location is pretty convenient and close to the Tower of Pisa
There was no one on reception when we arrived - they just sent me the code to open the gate and i found our key on reception. The room is very small, the bathroom even smaller, my husband couldn’t even close in the shower cabin. The elevator is very outdated and again - extremely small, i couldn’t even fit a baby stroller inside of it.

- Great location
- Air conditioner that was really working, first time in a week that we could actually sleep
- Clean rooms

Easily located, close to main square and train station. Very easy check in with clear instructions delivered ahead of time. Decent breakfast options.
Very basic room accommodations, with very little staff interaction.

They let us check in when the room was ready at 11am. It’s a good hotel for the price.
Pisa is a relatively small city, so it’s walking distance everywhere, we didn’t have problems with the location even though it’s not really at the city center.
Shower is really small, even for our kid from 14.

No one to help to even take your belongings till room
Too small a bathroom cannot enter inside

Easy check in and out
The cockroach. Staff just shrugged and ignored my request to have it removed.
7.0 / 10.0
Great location for a family to stay as it wasn’t loud overnight but close enough to walk to dinner or the tower
Getting through the door to check in was odd, maybe sending the door code to guests and instructions might help
4.0 / 10.0
Independent place and systems put in place to be an independent person
Everything. I got stuck in shower cubicle as the knob was broken from inside.
5.0 / 10.0
The room was clean and tidy with aircon, big bathroom with shower and small balcony (no view) and a small TV. A cheap breakfast was available in the small breakfast room on the ground floor.
I don't know what the bed sheets were washed or dried with but they smelled of onions (that's the only way I could describe it) It was very obvious and made it difficult to sleep.
You need a PIN to get into the hotel as there are staff on duty which is ok if the PIN is correct. The original PIN that was sent was incorrect.
The walls are paper thin, expect to hear all the comings and goings, peoples T V's and interesting conversations.
6.0 / 10.0
Location of the hotel is pretty close to the important points. You can simply walk in 10 minutes.
The elevator was a horror movies from 70’s. Rooms was interesting in design smaller than we expect.
9.0 / 10.0
Position closed to the leaning tower.
Staff friendly and always quickly replying.
maybe usage of parking area can be improved, but as said position is perfect to visit Pisa and nearby area.

Room was GREAT for a short stay with a family of 4. The additional charge for breakfast of 5 euro each to start the day is actually very good for what you can get. First day went out for breakfast and it cost a lot more.
Would of been nice to have a kettle in room to make drinks but the machine in the breakfast room was good just not accessible except for breakfast.

The location was fairly good. It’s a good choice for short stays, up to 3 days.
The main disadvantage for Pisa, in general, there is no Uber or Bolt app working there. We didn’t take breakfast. The bad was uncomfortable, especially pillows.

- Staff (lady on reception) was very friendly and helpful.
- Location was close to Leaning Tower of Pisa and everything
- Parking, we were driving so parking on street and in hotel was very important
- Clean, Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and okay for short stay
- Late Check-in, we checked in at 10 pm, it was self checkin. Key was at reception. No issues.
- Late Food Nearby, 600m from hotel (walking 10 mins) food and drinks are available till 1 AM in night. We ate at Bangla Doner (run by a couple). Food was good, fresh and economical.
Rooms were little old style but not bad at all. A little renewal will do the magic

Very nice hotel in perfect location close to the Tower. Very friendly staff at the reception desk. Good breakfast and very clean. Great value for money and as advertised. Would definitely recommend for everyone visiting Pisa.

We picked this hotel as it's within walking distance from the train, we arrived by train. It's also not far from campo dei miracoli and restaurants
The fact that reception staff aren't there all day. The reception desk is manned for a few hours in the morning and then again for a few hour's late afternoon. We wanted to book a taxi to the airport, we were told we couldn't book in advance and were given a taxi company number which we tried many times to get though too without success. Ended up walking back to train station and getting a train

location is relatively close to attractions area
very small old elevator , no receptionist after 5 pm , sound of flush in neighborhood rooms is noisy
2.0 / 10.0
It’s not a hotel, it’s a hostel, an appropriate price might be 30 euro not 135.
No reception staff after 5, rooms have no ac, no drinkable water etc etc
It’s budget accommodation at a higher price

Good location
Bad service generally, not much for breakfast and didn't see staff anytime. Small shower and old rooms, didn't feel like a hotel more like a hostel.

Convenient location. Very clean
Could have been better lit as I got there late in the evening
