Great Stay overall

The Staff were extremely helpful. Emanuella informed us in perfect English about all the sights and restaurants in the area.

Go directly to the Hotel Parking (extra charge). I parked for 60 min ( and paid via EASIPARK parking app) in front of the hotel only to still receive a ticket :-(. This aspect however, is not the fault of the hotel

A comfortable place to rest

Excellent service, they were attentive to my arrival and gave me all the instructions. The room was small but quite comfortable and cozy, it had everything necessary for a good rest. Best of all, it's very close to the historic center and allows you to walk to several places.

The cleaning and painting should be improved, the curtains washed and should have a mini fridge in every room since is a Hotel. the bathroom definitely needs to be renovated. But the receptionist very nice and helpful!

Basic room in Pisa on a budget

Location is good for visiting the tower complex.

A basic room, fine for one night if on a tight budget, but the bed and pillows were not particularly comfortable and the furnishings are dated.

Clean, friendly. Right in the centre

Deafening traffic noise (single glazing), sewage smell in bathroom, no elevator (4floors = 66 steps)

Close to pisa tower and restaurants. Near station and 10 mins taxi from airport

No lift and on 3rd floor. No good if you have trouble with stairs

Great location. It was very clean and the room was a good size. The member of staff on the desk was incredibly helpful and arranged a taxi for us.

We loved our short stay in Pisa at the Hotel Cecile.

Hotel Cecile is a great value for money hotel in a good location close to the Tower. The bed was comfortable and we weren't disturbed by noise during the night. The bathroom was good and relatively spacious. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I couldn't find a socket near the kettle so had to move it to plug it in by the bed. We couldn't find how to turn the air conditioning on but in any case it was cool enough at night not to require it.

Comfortable and convenient base for exploring Pisa

The location was brilliant for exploring Pisa, only a short walk to the tower, with lots of restaurants. 20 minute walk to the train station. The rooms are simple but comfortable and check-in was easy with the door code.

Basic with great location.

The location is great. We were easily able to walk to the leaning tower, from airport and to other attractions. Free shower wash, soap and shower cap. Cold water in vending machine was only 0.50€ cents

There seemed to be a mosquito problem in the room. They just kept appearing. And the venue knew as there was a plug in repellant in the room. The room was alot less modern than in the pictures and the shower head was broken so it mostly washed the wall. If you want budget location. It's all you need.

All in all the stay was perfect. Perfectly priced for location and amenities.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was stylish and modern. The little extras that I didn't expect but were very good was the aircon unit which was fantastic and the smart TV meaning we could log into Netflix or amazon prime video which so great when you want to relax for a little before bed.

The lack of lighting in the stairwell as once it gets dark outside the stairs are pretty dark which could result in an accident, also the city tax to be paid I would have preferred it to go into an envelope in a little lock box with a small form to say when it was put in the box and a confirmation message to state whether it has been collected or not.

Location is good thats all

We stayed in room 114 and the whole night someone was kicking a ball on the floor obove us. I contact the hotel and they said there is nothing they could do and that the floor obove is was not the hotel. We sleept 4 hours that night. Worst hotelnight i ever had!

no coffee or water in room only tea bags ? spacious room but no character and old fashioned … basic No staff to be seen anywhere day or night

it was a short stay but overall good price and location is perfect

location is at the center and near the pisa tower

its inside the tarffic control so make sure to contact the hotel first regarding the parking. we only stayed few hours and we arrived kate in the evening. reception is not 24hrs so we had to park outside the traffic restrictions and walk to the hotel
