Lovely stay in the heart of Pisa

The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming — really lovely people. The place was spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better, right in the city center. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more special. We had a room with a private bathroom located outside the room, but it didn’t bother us at all and was very comfortable. Communication with the owners was great — they were flexible, helpful, and easy to arrange everything with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great location and friendly staff

It was Halloween night and the streets outside were very noisy until well after 2am. Noisy inside also but location is really good and staff very friendly.

Great location, comfortable and very clean with air-conditioning. 8 minute walk to main attractions, eg, the Tower Restaurants, bars, cafés, shops within 1-3 minte walk Airport 10 minutes by taxi and approx 15 euros

Very helpfull staff, very good guesthouse and location, I would come back

Excellent staff, very good location in the centre, close to many shops, restaurants and tourist sights. The room was very clean and had much daylight and a nice view. The location is safe and quiet. There are fridge and climatisation in the room.

I had to carry three keys with me everytime in order to enter the building, the property and the room. No breakfast, but there are many cafes and shops very close.

Excellent reception staff, thank you for your help! Very good location in the centre, very clean, large room. I could let a small luggage at the reception for three days when I left Pisa. There are climatisation and fridge in the room. There are many shops, restaurants and tourist sights very close.

I had to carry three keys everytime with me in order to entry in the buiding, the hotel and my room. No breakfast but there is a bar next to the property.

The real heart of Pisa

Wow!!! This place was wonderful! Right in the heart of Pisa with a great coffee shop right underneath!! The couple on reception are delightful. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. From giving us advice on places to visit and dine, providing bottled water and always happy to help with any questions. They even booked us a taxi to the airport for a very early flight. I miss them and the place already!!

Great location and very comfortable.

We were there for 2 nights only. The room was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Lcation was terrrific to main attractions and restaurants. Great coffee shop next door. Hosts very helpful and accommodating. We could walk to the river. Station not too far if you are young and energetic.

It woulld be nice to have tea and coffee making facilties and water on arrival in the fridge. There was noise from neighbouring rooms esp early in the morning but due to guests checking out. Not a huge issue.

Good experience

Location was great. It was near all the main attractions and 15 minutes by foot from the train station. There are coffee shops near the guesthouse. Clean, good wifi.

The rooms are not soundproof so come prepare and bring with you your earplugs.

The welcome we received. How close we were to centre. Everything was sparkling clean. They sorted out taxi to airport for us.

Little Pisa Gem

It was a tiny room with 2 single beds, balcony, 2 suitcase stands which was terrific. Our washroom was private but external with a key. The room had everything we needed and the location was very close to the Leaning Tower.

It’s not a complaint, just a quick mention that it did feel strange leaving our room in the middle of the night to use the washroom. Since everyone travels carryon this no house coat. Maybe a room robes would be a suggestion

The location and cleanliness

There was no one there to let us in upon arrival. After travelling for a long time with a child we then had to wait almost an hour for someone to let us in. We had given an approximate time for arrival but when you are travelling you need some flexibility. The check out is early- especially if you aren’t able to get in to your room until late. The staff did not apologise for being late and were generally quite moody.

There was noise due to thin walls however Thai did not bother us. We did however get a text off the owners asking to keep the noise down. Although it was not us making the noise.

A pleasant stay

The room is in very good condition. Air-conditioner works perfectly. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is clean and nice. In walking distance to the historic site.

It seems like staff doesn't like answering questions. Most of the time we are ignored in the chat. But once arrived there was no problem. The staff stood by and paid attention when we would arrive.

it’s the perfect location to be in Pisa, just 3 minutes walk from the tower, restaurants all around the location, carref

the location, the room very clean, the coffee Shop downstairs, carrefour express shop just across the street, 3 minutes walk to the Tower,

the noise coming from the hallway, in the morning I was getting up without an alarm at 7.30 from the noise of other people coming out from their rooms

Perfect location - situated equal distance from the station and the archeological site and the hosts were so lovely. The hotel and our room was bright, modern, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.

The place was super clean. Minimal decor. Great size bathroom. Bed linen super fresh and crisp.Great shower. Hosts were so cute, had little english but gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Partial view of the Leaning Tower + lovely street view. For the price I paid it was a very pleasant stay!

Modern and friendly rooms.

The hosts are amazing, they speak very little English but are very helpful! They even arranged an 0400 taxi for us to get to the airport. Room was massive and had a double shower. The property is accessed from a side street and you have to go through two doors before you reach your room so very secure. And very modern. Within perfect walking distance of the tower etc.

Only thing was we could of done with a few more pillows, we forgot to ask the hosts on the second day but im sure they would of given us more!

Great value stay for Grandparents, daughter and one granddaughter aged 10.

The location was perfect - in the University area so there was a good buzz - and right next door to a great coffee/breakfast/cake/lunch /cafe called Cafe Filter. It was also 7mins walk from the Cathedral, Tower etc. The hosts were lovely. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we were in Pisa again.

Nothing, really. Normally we'd like to have tea/coffee making available in our room but we honestly didn't miss it because the accommodation was so very good.
