Well organised and contacted and helped with access arrangements. Good location. Good facilities.

Shower got very hot for no reason. Air conditioning wasn’t very efficient

Great location , easy instructions to get in, super comfy bed. Voucher for breakfast at a lovely little cafe near by

Only small niggle was that the shower pressure wasn’t great - water was coming out of the rain shower and other head. Also was no shower gel

Check in was really simple, all information was given to me over WhatsApp and Simo answered very quickly if I had a question. The steps to arrive were simple. The room was very clean, comfy and had everything you could need for a short stay. Note, not all the rooms have their own bathroom attached. This was clearly written in their discription and isn’t a problem for me but make sure you select the right room for you! The bathroom was very clean, the shower was powerful and was privet. There is a communal aria to make tea, coffee and a small hob. I didn’t use this but it looked great. Everything was clean and comfortable and Simo was very friendly and very helpful! I am a female staying alone and I felt super safe. All doors lock. It is a fantastic location, an easy walk from the train station and then easy to get to all things in Pisa, quiet at night and had air con. Would reccomend and would stay again!!

Quite a big room, close yo the river in Pisa. Old building but airco was good, beds good and we got vouchers for breakfast at Muristorti Cafe and can reccomend that place highly.

The process of arrival and check in was confusing chaotic. There was no one in person so you needed to find your way into an old building then upto a third floor, get your own key etc. It all worked but not convenient.
