Enjoyed stay but possibly would choose the back part

Great location between station and central tourist area. Old style house in river bank. Fresh decoration. Good shower

Fabulous B&B in the heart of the City.

Fabulous location, with our room overlooking the river. Very central for sightseeing/ exploring/ restaurants and bars. Lovely and clean, toastie warm and lots of hot water. Host very accessible and helpful. Lovely Italian breakfast ( coffee and croissant) in a gorgeous café just over the river. B&B is on the 3rd floor of sn old building, but serviced by a lift, which was great. Guest lounge area with tea and coffee making facilities ( and lots of different teas) was a lovely touch. Great value.

A few things could make the room even better, but not so much that I feel the need to criticise.

Accomodation with real character and great location

Authentic building, and our room was looking over the river.

Our room door was directly accessed from general breakfast, relaxation space but that didn't really bother us as it was quiet

Perfect location, vibe & views!

Location, location, location!!! The perfect distance between everything! Lovely communal area. The bed was huge and comfortable, staff were lovely and everything was explained thoroughly so everything went smoothly!! 100% recommend!

Can be a little noisy as you hear people coming and going but that’s just dependant on people that happen to be staying there too but wasn’t much of a bother at all as no noise was heard after 12am.

Definitely recommend.

The building is a beautiful example of an Italian townhouse. Simply beautiful. I particularly loved the old style 2 door lift. My room was fabulous . The views over the Arno stunning. The staff so helpful and friendly. Centrally located which was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Only thing I would recommend would be a kettle and cups and saucers in the room. There was a central kettle and microwave, which was great, but as the room had a fridge those little additions would have made it perfect.

The room was regular. Good for one night. Bathroom is well equipped and clean. You may do the checkin 24h. Close to the city attractions.

Nice simple hotel in a good location

It was clean and air conditioned.

The reservation mentioned breakfast included but all you get is a voucher for a coffee and a pastry in a near by cafe. The shower tap did not work properly.

The room was spacious and the stunning view over the river was to die for.

Great views and location!

The view from our room was amazing. Also the location was perfect for our short stay in Pisa. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in late as our flight was in the evening.

Everything was good! Only one little thing that we got woken up by the traffic and other people having showers in the morning.

A well positioned bed and breakfast but lacking in some areas.

We were given a breakfast voucher for a bar/cafe across the bridge which was a 5 minute walk from the bed and breakfast. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry, very nice coffee and pastry. While the bed and breakfast was centrally located, we had a disturbed night's sleep from the noise outside.

Communication with reception was via message, and while helpful with storage of luggage, it was not manned after that point so unable to address immediate issues experienced such as being unable to adjust temperature of shower which was scalding hot.

Lovely bed and breakfast establishment located on the riverfront in one of the old traditional trading houses - full of charm and character. Very convenient for central Pisa, sightseeing, the train station and the airport

good location between train station and city centre, nice building near the canal. Rooms are great and clean. Coffee and water was provided

the bathroom shower needed a bit of attention (dark spots on the rubber at the bottom but nothing a good bit of bleach wouldn't do) honestly not a deal breaker as my parent's room toilet was spotless.

Brilliant place to stay, I would go back

I’m really glad we found this place I would deffo go back! I was worried if my friend would like it as a surprise for her 30th birthday as she is quite picky and likes the nicer type of places to stay and she loved it! -amazing location -easy to walk EVERYWHERE -nice and safe area -clean -comfy beds -lovely warm shower

Great location and friendly staff, good for a short stay, but missing some basic features

Staff were friendly, the room was spacious and bed was comfy (although a bit too soft for my preference). Location is great with easy access to both the old town and the tower/duomo.

Despite being called a B&B, there was no breakfast. Coffee pods were provided for a dolce gusto machine in the reception, but no milk was provided. Although the room was large it was very basic with a bed and not much else. The shower was scolding hot and the temperature dial didn't seem to do anything. The B&B is on the 3rd floor and although there is a lift it is a rickety old thing that neither of us felt safe using. There is a space to leave your bags before you check in/after you check out but it is just an unsecured closet in reception, and the reception is not manned 24/7, so I wouldn't leave anything valuable in your bag.

The staff was lovely and supportive, the position was simply perfect and the room was clean and comfortable. If we come back to Pisa, we would be happy to come back here.

Sweet and clean, lovely room, perfect for a stay in the centre of Pisa.

Very clean and large room. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Lovely open bathroom. Good air conditioner (it was 40/112 degrees!) The place is 12 mins walk from the train station, and about the same to the Tower of Pisa. My favourite thing was to visit the botanical gardens, also very close, and spend time looking at the very impressive variety of plant species. The hosts at the hotel were very nice. There's not much in terms of a "lobby" or chill out area beyond the individual rooms. It was a quiet place to stay, with just a few rooms, so hardly any other noise in the hotel!

Was just a bit unclear how to enter the property, as far as I could see there was no info in the booking confirmation. and so we just guessed which part of the building to go to - go through the front doors and take the lift or stairs to the top floor...
