The location is perfect for a short star near the monuments and the tower. Our room, not the one pictured above had a good view of the Leaning Tower.
There are too many actions required to get into the property. You have to enter one code to get into the building. You need another code to get the key. One key opens the first door and the other opens the apartment. That is way too much to try and navigate when you first arrived. Host a bit annoying in insisting that she had done everything correctly when I informed her that she had the wrong WhatsApp, number and I gave her the correct one. She even mentioned it again on the day we checked out. She just couldn’t let it go. The rules inside the apartment were also very confusing. Big sign saying no food or drink, but she left bread and a wine opener. Afraid to use it because it breaks “the rules”

Lovely hostess.- Nicol always there mornings to help and booked taxi for us the morning we left as you cannot pre-book them and our Italian is non-existent!! Excellent location . Suite was very roomy with excellent bathroom. Fridge handy for do-it-yourself breakfast and lunch options.
Would recommend Taverna Mercato for dinner- more authentic than restaurants near tower and very reasonable
On noisy side road with early morning traffic and no double glazing to help.
Breakfast option confusing- not included in price of room as stated in description of place as a B and B but 10% vouchers for nearby bar yet Nicol mentioned we hadn't booked for breakfast! Is this an option we can request? And if so how as not mentioned on Booking.com.
This by no means detracted from our enjoyment of our stay here

The location of this B&B was excellent - our room had a view of the tower! It comfortably fit three guests and the host was really helpful throughout the stay!
