Perfect stay in a great location!

The location of this B&B was excellent - our room had a view of the tower! It comfortably fit three guests and the host was really helpful throughout the stay!

Very pleasant, well organised and convenient

I liked the access to the building, the ease of getting there, the proximity to Leaning Tower (clear view from bedroom), nice cafe for breakfast, great restaurant booked for me by owner, taxi booked for me by owner. The owner was extremely attentive - sent lots of very clear instructions and always responded very quickly via Whatsapp to any questions. Could only have been improved with a balcony/rooftop terrace but I would not expect for that price. Water and croissants on arrival. Good strong shower. Could have had 3 people in this room. Owner suggested suite next time which is even bigger - would be ideal for family.

Great nights sleep in artistic suite.

Lovely place to stay. Full of artistic character and beautiful furniture. Comfy bed and good nights sleep. Stayed only one night, would be nice to have stayed longer. Greeted by lovely friendly host, Nicol, in the morning. Very helpful and great communication. Great location. Would happily return.

Very central location, no more than 5 minutes to Leaning Tower Pisa, other sights and restaurants. Room was huge and had everything we needed. Owner Nicolette Is lovely, great communication and friendly. Thank you.

The property was very spacious and accessible easily via a lift. We asked for glasses as there wasn’t any in the room, which was sorted quickly. This response was totally in keeping with the hosts communication and help, which was first class. Very comfy bed and we had a lovely stay

Gorgeous, centrally located & extremely comfortable accommodation

The central location was superb, not too far from the station & in a quiet street. Our room was lovely, extremely quiet & comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful before our stay with sending instructions for entry to the property & allowed us to leave our luggage there on the day we left.

Amazing stay in the heart of Pisa

- Amazing location with view on the Tower of Pisa - Short walk to the tower and lots of bars and restaurants - All needed facilities, including kettle and light snacks as compliment 🥰 - Air conditioning - Toiletries - Staff was amazing, very accommodating and attentive If I ever back to Pisa I’d stay here again, highly recommend!

Comfortabel and characteristic accommodation. We will stay here again!

Very spacious and clean with great facilities and a very comfortable bed. The hostess was friendly and very helpful. It felt like we went back in time for a while in this characteristic appartement with high ceilings, a wooden floor and a beautiful view of old rooftops and the narrow street below.

Nicely decorated flat in the heart of Pisa!

The flat is centrally located, only 5 minutes away from the leaning tower and it’svery nicely decorated. The room is nice and spacious, as it’s the merging of a bedroom into a living room which includes one toilet and one big bathroom. The shower has an embedded lights system and radio, which makes morning routine much more fun! The host has been available and helpful on different matters for the whole time of our stay.

From the booking it is not clear which room you will get and there’s no view on the actual leaning tower, we were expecting a different bedroom with a canopy bed and a bathtub with a view on the tower as the name seems to indicate, which we didn’t get. The flat is located about 25 minute walk from the main train station, which could be considered long if needing to carry luggage’s and heavy bags.

Location, comfort, cleanliness, spacious. Historic building. Nicol was so helpful and welcoming. We arrived late but self check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s 2 mins walk from the leaning tower, and there’s an excellent pizzeria 50 yards away! Nicol was happy for us to leave our luggage after we’d checked out for collection later. an excellent stay.

It was a bit dark entering the property at night, as automatic lighting sometimes a bit slow to come on.

The location is inside the Limited Traffic Zone, so you cannot get your car nearby to load/unload. Free parking is a 10 minuten walk.

Loved everything about this place, the best location! We had a room with a view of the leaning tower which was the best! We couldn't fault anything, everything in the room was perfect. We spent 8 days travelling down Italy and this place was by far my favourite, wish we had stayed longer!

Great place to stay if you need quiet and want to be within walking distance from the big sights!

This was a great place to stay with my young child because there was one room with a bed and a sitting room attached with a pocket door that I could close so I could stay up later than my child. Very quiet location and comfortable. It felt luxurious like an old-time Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was not provided in the unit but at a cafe one block away.

Nicol was extremely helpful and prompt in her efforts to help us arrange taxis.

The room rate includes breakfast but this was provided at a local cafe about 100m. It looked great but we needed to leave for a flight and were not able to access it as it didn't open until after our departure for the airport. If we had known the breakfast was not available in-house we wouldn't have booked here.

There was a strong use of scent / infusers in the room and communal areas. This was a little over-bearing and quite unpleasant. We left our window open to clear the smell.
