A perfect place to stay.

The location was perfect, literally a stone‘s throw from the leaning tower. Also within walking distance of the main rail station. Two friends who had separate rooms and both rooms were beautiful and very well equipped. Great communication with the owner/staff regarding check in and access. Also, on the day departure with Taxis the airport was extra busy. Our hosts tried several times to book us a taxi by telephone. In the end, we decided to walk to the station and get the shuttle train into the airport we were provided with a map the walking drawn out for us. It was very easy!

What a great place! The room was big and very quiet. The location is perfect because it is just two-minute walk from Pisa tower, there is plenty of restaurants nearby, yet it is still very quiet. The only noise coming to the garden room came from the breakfast, which is next door. So if you want to sleep late, avoid ground floor garden-facing room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast too. Special points for providing decaf coffee to our room. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic, very close to prime area of Pisa. Owner very helpful, booked very last minute due to another stay falling though and she was very helpful in allowing a later check in. Breakfast lovely, good choice and lovely coffee. Nice to be able to sit in the garden.

It was centrally located. It was quite comfortable. We had plenty of room. We were able to store our luggages after arriving early. The breakfast was delicious. The even helped us reserve 2 taxis on the way back to the station.

Absolutely fantastic!! Excellent location, close to the tower, restaurants and bars, brilliant friendly communication, with a lovely room and gardens that didn’t disappoint. I wish we could rate it higher. Exceptionally helpful right from the off, our room was ready early and was very well equipped, we had a beer in the garden after a busy day sightseeing, breakfast outside in the delightful gardens. Allowed us to store our luggage on the day of departure and even ordered us the taxi to the airport. A wonderful stay!!

Great hotel in a great location

We liked the way the old building has been renovated into a hotel with modern comforts and yet still retaining the old features. Great location for walking around Pisa.

Not being used to double beds we found that bouncing up and down when your parter moves is somewhat irritating when you are sleeping. Whilst the breakfast is nicely varied we found the layout a little confusing, perhaps the owners could review that.

Discreet perfectly situated little hotel in the heart of Pisa.

Rooms are simple but spacious and clean with generous bathrooms. AC kept rooms cool and comfortable in hot humid weather. Fridge, coffee machine and bottled water in room were appreciated. Location is perfect only a few minutes walk from the Duomo, Tower and the old town. Staff welcoming and friendly. Parking available a five minute walk away.

The hotel is hidden in the ZTL so if arriving by car you need to be confident negotiating narrow streets and heedless pedestrians. Check in is closed for lunch from 12:30 to 2pm - not a problem for us as they allowed us to check in early but good to be aware. Front door and room access is by entering a seven digit code which felt a bit complicated.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect very central. There was a lift to the rooms. The hotel has a parking space reserved about 200 Mt away. The room was quiet and sunny.

A small kitchenette to prepare food would be very helpful. However the room had a sink, fridge and boiler which was great.

The sheets were so damp There was dust all over the furniture especially big clumps of dust under the bed. It set my asthma off. The curtains were falling apart and the shutters too. The fridge was making an awful noise so had to unplug.

Great Bed & Breakfast in a central location.

Our group of 10 Adults had a wonderful stay occupying 5 rooms, all of which were spacious and very clean. The location is perfect for city sightseeing and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Francesca and her staff were very welcoming and accommodated all our needs, providing restaurant recommendations, booking taxis and helping to organise a wine tour trip. Our daily breakfast was excellent… Many thanks from us all.

Perfect stay in the heart of Pisa

Amazing location, only a few minutes walk from the main attractions in Pisa. Room was large and airy. Felt very secure. Self check in late in the evening was very easy and great communication from the hosts.

Our room was directly outside the common area so was quite noisy in the morning when breakfast was being prepared

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the leaning tower, and restaurants. A good selection for breakfast. Hot and cold drinks. Cereals, toast, fruit, muffins. Something for everyone.

The extra bed could have been a proper bed - rather than a 'camp' style bed. A little too small. No English speaking TV channels.

excellent location, minutes from the leaning tower. Parking can be reserved with your room which was great. Staff was helpful and welcoming as I struggled with the passcode on the first day. room was great overlooking the back patio, you could hear guests in the afternoon but no noise in the morning or evening

The hotel is within the ZTL however you can drive right up to the entrance to drop your bag off and the staff are able to use your license plate for the exemption. Ended up making a separate trip because we didn’t want to get a fine
