It was a very pleasant stay.

Location is great, VERY close to the leaning tower. Reception staff was great and helpful. Wifi was working perfectly, which is not always the case.

The bathroom wasn't dirty in any case, but might need a bit of an update.

Location and cost effective as we arrived later and were leaving for Florence the next day

The heater didn’t heat up the whole room so we were a bit cold. There was an extra blanket though so it was t too bad

Central friendly economical

The restaurant fabulous food. Staff so friendly and helpful. The location was phenomenal... 2 minutes walk from the tower and 5 from the river. Highly recommend for short stays great value for money and repeat... the restaurant food mmm try the leek...a work of art!

The staff are so kind and helpful, Kiara was so sweet even before she knew we were guests. The street parking is right out front you just pay on the easy park app, the air conditioning or ac worked well, the restaurant is the best we had in Italy so far! Even cooler is the history, it was a church in the 600’s!!! It’s a straight walk to main square with the tower, maybe at most a 8’min walk.

Great simple hotel, ideal location for a tourist visit

The hotel is perfectly located in Pisa, very close to the touristy centre but fairly quiet. The staff were all lovely - friendly and helpful. The room was simple and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was effective and pretty quiet. The beds were really comfortable!

There were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived but these were provided by housekeeping on day 2 and this wasn't a problem for us.

Good Location, was in the middle from the train station to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Was clean and comfortable.

I get it was 2 star and basic but I would have at least expected the bedside lights to work (neither of them did), Bedside table was missing from one side of the bed, and if you are providing a kettle, at least provide the cups to use with the kettle. We were very disappointed with it. Downstairs reception area is untidy and cluttered with boxes, bikes and a couple of kids toys lying around. Doesn't look like the pictures (ours certainly didn't). Ours was a triple room and unlike the pictures show, we didn't have pretty orchids or any other lamps. Bathroom you could barely move around in and the shower cubicle was hard to wash in (and i'm petit).

You get what you pay for: good location, but comfort and utilities are BARELY passable.

It is a barely passable room but I guess you get what you pay for: the bathroom had a musty smell (probably bad ventilation), the toilet took a few tries to flush, the overhead shower light didn't work, the bedsheets were very scratchy, and the hand towel was literally a piece of table cloth.

Window view (no view actually). You opened the window and saw another building very close to yours, so the light didn’t enter to the room.

Friendly, helpful and authentic

The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The location was perfect and the room whilst basic, was comfortable and clean with everything I needed. I ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing! The best I ate on my trip and the restaurant was so quaint, I loved it!

Great family hotel near the Pisa tower, the city centre and the airport. The staff was friendly. The room was cozy and comfortable.

Great restaurant and food, in a sweet convenient location, but bed and noisy room dampened the fun

Lovely food and restaurant, friendly helpful staff, spacious pleasant room. Good location and local attractions.

Bed was too firm for both of us and the pillows were too big. I changed mine but later realised my wife didn't like the pillows either. A family upstairs regularly woke us up with banging and furniture moving, rooms sound insulation was terrible

Great location - easy walk from train station and just down the road from the tower. Staff were super friendly and efficient.

Accommodation was very basic as you would expect for the price, no tea/coffee making facilities (well a kettle but nothing else), shower was blocked and bed was a bit hard for my liking.

Bad experience

It was an awful hotel. The bed was dirty when we checked in, and when I told them about it, they changed our room without even saying sorry. From the entrance to the rooms, there was a strong, disgusting smell. There was mold on the walls and a lack of proper room service—they didn’t renew the soap, shampoo, etc. The bidet didn’t work. Something in the room triggered our allergies badly, and our stay there was a complete torture. The only positive thing is the location, but Pisa is a small city, and you can walk everywhere, so even that isn’t a big advantage. Stay away from this hotel.

The only positive side of this hotel is its Location which is locate between pisa tower and the river you can reach both easily also it has a beautiful small restaurant in the garden

we didn’t even stay our entire stay due to a big smell of smoke. they couldn’t arrange for us to change room and didn’t give us our money back. we paid for 3 nights but could only bare to stay 1 night. and we had a headache the whole time. really really bad. worst thing of my trip. and the rooms were not clean and itge toilets were clogged.
