Lacking in ambience…. A souless conference venue…. Rooms had hard floors and metal framed furniture so it was noisy if any guests in adjacent rooms moved chairs etc.

It was a nice place, but not four star.

The breakfast was decent. The rooms were very clean. The staff were helpful, where they could be.

The air conditioning for the hotel was off. It couldn't be turned on. I understand that its autumn for italians, but for us it was too stuffy, not hot. We had to leave the windows open to regulate the temperature but it was noisy. The shower was weak and kept going up and down in temperature.

A good hotel for a stay close to the airport.

A handy hotel for an early flight. Room was comfortable and clean. We were early for check in but the receptionist was able to accommodate us which was greatly appreciated.

Even though it is close to the airport the taxi was a bit on the expensive side in comparison to a taxi fare to the centre.

Good location. 10 min taxi to the leaning tower and 5 mins to the airport. 30+ mins if you walk or take the bus.

The room was freezing! Even with the air con on 26°c, it was freezing. Assuming it was just centrally controlled.

The hotel is very close to the Pisa airport. We arrived late. We were warmly greeted at the reception by a receptionist who was ready to serve us. I speak German, but he translated all the information into my native language. Thank you! Our room was spacious, clean, equipped bathroom, fridge with drinks. In the morning, there was a rich selection for breakfast. I had a wonderfully delicious coffee there. Try it! Our stay at the hotel was not long, as we visited Pisa and its attractions. But I recommend the Galileo Hotel, 4 stars and at reasonable prices.

Very clean, short taxi to the airport, needs modernisation.

Very clean and close to the airport. A perfectly adequate airport transfer hotel or motorway motel.

The decor is 1990s Soviet Union in the communal areas. The bedrooms have been refurbished and are very clean but the bathrooms are very dated - in particular the shower was ancient and dinghy. There is no shuttle - a taxi comes immediately and it’s roughly €15 to the airport. We were offered a breakfast pack as our flight was very early this was some crackers and water - very below par.

I’d like to show it was a value for money but it just quite wasn’t.

The hotel was relatively cheap and our room was well cleaned. The windows are opening should you wish to get some fresh air and they are well soundproofed.

The decor is as if taken out the 80’ties. The water pressure is low and the water temperature oscillates as yoire having the shower. The hairdryer is not very strong. Breakfast was was bad - we hardly touched it. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on planks of wood.

very easy to access from the airport, though they still charge Eur 15 for a 5-minute ride. Open 24hours, friendly and efficient. Rooms are very quiet and air-conditioned. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Helpful receptionists who always booked a taxi for us when needed.

The bathroom was basic at best and did not feel clean . The taps did not look clean and sink grubby . The shower was covered in mould around all the seals and the shower tray was not flat and was very slippy . Room 344

The hotel is clean, there was no issue with the cleanliness of the room or the lobby.

I stayed here on my last night in Italy as I had an early flight and the hotel is advertised as an "airport hotel". It is a €20 taxi ride away, so with that cost you could travel to another hotel in cental Pisa and be close to restaurants etc. This is located in an industral area. There were also two families sharing rooms across the hall who passed by room each time they moved around — this went on for hours, when they went to be about 11 the nightclub or casino downstairs opened, if you are looking for a good nights sleep this might not be the place!

Good enough for layovers.

The location is excellent for people travelling from/to pisa and renting a car.

The lifts are sooo noisy. Every time someone uses the lift i wake up . No kettle in the room . For a hotel that is mainly used for either layovers or because the have to catch a flight early morning or late at night it would be appreciated to have a kettle to make yourself a coffee or tea.

No AC pre-May.

Even though it’s very close to the airport- you can’t walk there - unless you go a very long way around. Staff are lovely and speak great English. Good food at the restaurant. Downsides were that despite being advertised on booking.com - air con isn’t switched on until May. It was 28 degrees in my room. Unbearably hot. Opened the window a touch - as of course it’s limited and a mosquito came in. The mattress had a divot in from previous users and the safe light was blinking all night. Hot water intermittent in the shower. Good things were the staff are very nice while explaining to me that they don’t turn the AC on yet. Breakfast was fine. Room had been cleaned very well. It’s a hotel will all the facilities and taxis are plentiful but I’d go somewhere else if staying again.

Sad end to a wonderful holiday!!

Staff attitude left a lot to be desired , extremely unhelpful when asked to help with ordering food, rude. Dress code non existent and disheveled. Window in room did not open. Air conditioning did not work. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only one extra pillow when it’s a double room.

Ac didn’t work when told the staff they told to open the windows which let the mosquitoes in. staff wasn’t nice. no public transport nearby, only was to go is to call a cab(which is expensive)

The location beside some traffic roundabouts, and the fact that I was charged for a breakfast I didn’t have the opportunity to eat and was not provided with the ticket for the breakfast room in any case.
