Surrounded by nature with a lovely pool very peaceful

Set amongst beautiful greenery, with a relaxing clean pool to use which was generally pretty quiet. The man when he was on reception was very kind, and helped us book taxis. I love nature and you are surrounded by it here.

Honest feedback, there was no bar open for water, soft drinks or anything else, no restaurant, no staff hardly ever on site. Very concerning if you travel solo, if you arrive late and do not drive, or do not want to walk (40 mins) into central there is only a little coffee shop and bar, and a tiny local food shop available a five minute walk away for water and something to eat and drink. The apartment was very dated, and unfortunately not very clean in the shower room or outside, a mop that was left looked years old. The two bed apartment was very tired looking and smelt very very musty.

We enjoyed our stay relaxing by the pool after having travelled from the very south of Italy.

Beautiful gardens and pool. Excellent and safe parking

The very strict times for checking in. One couple arrived 10 minutes late and had to wait 4 hours to check in. Had we not arrived 10 minutes before 7pm we assume we would have had to seek alternative accommodation.

Really nice place

Really helpful staff. Ordered us a taxi to a great restaurant and went out of their way to help whenever asked. Pool was lovely as well

Was a little bit of a walk into Pisa and there wasn’t much in the way of restaurants/bars close by that weren open - late August and many places were closed for holidays

It was very accommodating for the price. A nice enjoyable stay.

Location was nice, only ten minutes from everything around Pisa. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool and grounds. Spacious rooms with great air conditioning.

Bare necessities in the kitchen and really thin toilet tissue. No ice cube trays.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in booking again

We had everything we needed and a washing machine was a bonus, as we were there for 9 nights. We loved the beautiful gardens and fabulous pool. The area around was great with easy transport into the city on the number 6 bus.

Shower flooded out into the bathroom, and the walls had black condensation marks throughout. A mosquito net on the door to the apartment would be good.

Was just ok for the cost.

The pool was clean and a cool temperature. It was quiet. Coffee shop down the road was wonderful.

No meal options. Not enough toilet paper or soap. Shower head was broken. Not enough towels and it seemed to be an inconvenience to ask for them. Front desk was not open until check in hours.

Amazing to have a pool to cool off in, apartment only a short bus ride from train station. Restaurant on site amazing, one of our favourite meals. Staff looking after apartments super helpful too.

Lovely gardens, decent location, helpful staff and nice pool

The outdoor pool was fabulous to have, so close to the main sights in Pisa

There wasn’t access to the pool before 10am in the morning or after 7pm in the evening, which was a bit limiting. Also it would have been nice if there was some food/cafe on site to buy breakfast or lunch from. The main bedroom had two single beds pushed together as a double bed, but they weren’t comfortable to sleep in.

Peaceful site with detached self contained bungalows. Great wifi and pool. Superb evening restaurant and local bar around the corner for breakfast. Perfect for visiting Pisa if you have transport

Exceptional

The stuff is the most helpful, kind people all around the world! To show an example: the Taxi campany's switchboard wasn't working when we wanted to go to the airport and Salvatore helped us with his own car. Cherry on the top, he told us, this is gratis! Thanks again for everything Salvatore and the San Rossore staff!

Amazing gem on the outskirts of Pisa center

Pool was amazing and the restaurant on site was very good. Very easy to get in and out of the center. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall an amazing place to stay in pisa.

Relaxing stay.

It was a lovely quiet rural location with a regular 15 minute bus ride to central Pisa within a 5 minute walk. The apartments are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. There is also a lovely outdoor swimming pool which was also quiet during our stay. The restaurant is open in the evenings and serves great food.

The restaurant is only open in the evening and there is no grocery shop on site, although there are some very small local shops just a 5 minute walk from the residence.

Very Basic , in need of updating

Very basic , in need of updating. No cooker or grill, no toaster . We were very disappointed with this accommodation. The musty smell was overpowering, damp patches in the bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable with a dip in middle . Very expensive for what it is .

Ideal for relaxing in Pisa!

Staff, pool, surroundings and the excellent restaurant. Exceptional quality of food. Best steak ever. Staff friendly and made us so welcome on the 3 nights we ate there. Ideal place for our family of 9. Only 10/15 mins from the airport. Taxi suggested by the reception was excellent.

Perhaps the walk into Pisa but we knew it was 30 mins. Coming back taxi €9 so would definitely use taxi in and out on hot days.

Really lovely stay and would be happy to stay again.

The property lovely and clean. Very peaceful and a lovely place for families. The restaurant served lovely food but only in the evenings and was closed on Monday. A lot of places are closed on Monday so be weary if arriving on a Monday. Pool was lovely and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was on the outskirts so you would need to hire a car if with a family, taxis are somewhat unreliable. Busses are ok but you struggle to get tickets. You can view busses on the moovit app which was helpful. Trains are also good and can be booked via Omio app. Sun beds were uncomfortable. It’s a shame the wellness centre was closed and only found this out a week before booking. At the time of booking this wasn’t disclosed and felt we paid a premium for a facility that wasn’t available.

The location was good for us but might be a little far from the city centre for some. It was a 40 min walk and taxis aren't easy to get at night. A change of towels would've been good half way through our stay.
