The whole experience.
Maybe the walk up the hill in the heat. Recommend taking the free shuttle bus up.

Incredible private onsen, large spacious room, and wonderful service. The Kasekei dinner and breakfast might not have been our favorite, but the meals were very fresh and beautifully prepared. Staying at this hotel was a treat and I would recommend!
Definitely take advantage of the shuttle or bus to get here - we walked and it was quite the hike!

Great stay and lovely staff. They accommodated us really well as we could not eat meat. The room was amazing and all facilities there. Views of mountains was amazing
