The included food was plentiful but not great. Way too many choices of just ok things. Some not good, cold.

The public onsen and breakfast was lovely. The staff was generally all very kind and helpful.
A lovely hotel, but very crowded and a bit commercialized.

This hotel has fantastic views
Poor communication with directions when asked on visiting local interests. Coffee / drinks bar in reception very unprofessional and had no interest in serving coffee and drinks, took 1/2 and we were their only customers, when coffee finally arrived it was just warm. We also felt hotel needed a good deep clean, there was a small white tissue on the floor in the hall the whole time we stayed there.
We paid over the top price compared to the other hotels we stayed at whilst in Tokyo and they were 100% better so I would never recommend this hotel
