Without a doubt the most exceptional place we stayed in Japan. The rooms were stunning, the service was wonderful. We were given room upgrades as well! Everything was so well considered. The food was so beautifully and artfully presented.

This was the best two days of any vacation we have ever had. The room, the private onsen, the environment, the staff, the food, the kaiseki service, the thoughtfulness of the amenities. Everything. I expect this will remain one of the best experiences of my life.
None.

Everything. The food was some of the best I've ever had, they accommodated my partner's vegetarian diet without issue and every amenity was catered for.
The bed was two beds rather than one big bed. Strange decision given it was all couples but maybe I made a mistake.
