Tudo nos surpreendeu, desde a chegada num lugar verde, campo de golfe lindo. Colaboradores super educados, amigáveis, tal qual a cultura japonesa. Jantar maravilhoso, assim como o café da manhã típico. O Onsen, local de banho publico, impecáveis.
Acredito que tudo estava conforme eu esperava. E superou as expectativas…

We liked that it was quiet and relaxing. The Japanese style rooms were spacious and the food (which you have to order in advance) was good too.
Big language barrier for tourists. Some staff were kind to explain by translating using a device, but one personnel like Ms. Y. Sato was very impolite, and more like angry when trying to communicate.
