incredible view, beautifully decorated. the room was perfect i wouldn't change nothing about it

Disappointing Dinner. We booked dinner at the last minute after the hotel confirmed it was possible. Unfortunately, the very expensive meal felt basic and improvised, while other guests received much better dishes. The clearest example was dessert: they received proper desserts, while we got only a few tiny pieces of fruit with "wine" jelly (tasted like just water). The waiter later admitted this was because of our late booking. We would have preferred an honest “no,” a warning, or a reduced price. Apart from this, the hotel, staff, and service were excellent. I believe they meant well, but sometimes trying too hard to accommodate guests can create a worse experience than simply saying no.

Views and comfort and quality of food is excellent !

The restaurant serves the pre-set course of French cuisine though of a very high quality but there is no choice. You are served what you are served. Wish there was a choice for breakfast as breakfast is also pre set.

The views are amazing, the room was very comfortable and the onsen was so relaxing. The meals were truly gourmet and the entire staff was beyond expectation, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. we were especially fond of Yoki and Neupane in the dining room. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We will definitely be back again.

Burnt , bitter food and smelly food. Very bad.
