Incredible, one of the best experiences we've ever had. On one hand, the accommodation is wonderful—everything is taken care of to the last detail, with stunning traditional architecture and gardens that truly surprise you. The duplex suite was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and clean. But the best part of it was the private onsen. For us, it was one of the highlights of the trip. Above all, we would like to highlight the service, which was second to none, and the food, which was worthy of a Michelin star. We were able to try traditional Japanese dishes from different regions, all with outstanding quality and a great variety in the menus. A thoroughly recommended place, and we are already looking forward to coming back."

The in room onsen is amazing. The dinner and breakfast was very good, I had the kaiseki and teppanyaki and both were very good.

There are 2 single beds in room 104, it would be better to have one large bed

Our room was nice and comfortable. Location is very good and the resort’s shuttle service was good too. Food was excellent.

This property is not well suited for families with children and both the management as well as the staff made us feel uncomfortable being there with a child. The room is not well suited to accommodate families with children and the hotel staff made us as well as our child feel uncomfortable during all the meals we had. The resort also took advantage of the fact that we have a child to charge extra for anything related to our child - for the child’s bed, child meals, etc. even though the reservation we made on booking specifically included both the adults and our child.
