Beautiful location in the mountains. The room was large and comfortable - we had western beds.
They were very accommodating for us arriving late due to getting lost on our ride and very friendly. We made use of the private onsen which was very relaxing.

Good location, traditional building, manager‘s availability was excellent and we appreciated a lot his client-oriented approach! Nice view from the room over the terrace, staff helped immediately to carry all luggage into our rooms
Bad smell in the whole place, old infrastructure, slippers were not comfortable to wear - very slippery and dangerous to wear (easy-to-fall), tiny Onsen, the clothes were old and it was visible that they had been used x times, no direct access with cars to the reception
