Calm, clean, great staff great food.
Even though we are not used to having fish for breakfast all the food was amazingly fresh and tasty both at dinner and for breakfast

Beautiful one night much needed escape from Tokyo with my just my husband. Everything about the room and the service was perfect. We were picked up at the station exactly as promised. Our room and open air bath and balcony and Mountain View were about as romantic as it gets. We spent the evening relaxing and enjoying the bath in the magical rain and the comfort of yukata and were happy to not go anywhere. The private dinner and breakfast were both delicious and all of the ingredients were very fresh. And though we had planned to take a bus the next morning, the staff drove us to the station instead even helping keep our bags dry in the rain. So much care and attention to detail. We hope to have the opportunity to return and will absolutely recommend.
