What a location 👏 I liked the property and facilities.
In bedroom. The air conditioner operation is a bit complex. I would recommend the staff able to provide a briefing about how to use it. But this is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Hallways in large building could be improved. Perhaps by changing color and design with more natural materials to match the rooms, the views outside the windows.

The onsen area is amazing, both indoor and outdoor pools. It was really relaxing and peaceful. The ryokan is beautiful and there’s a stunning garden.
We booked a room with tatami and futon, the room was really big but a bit old and dusty.
