Loved how central it was to everything, yet tucked away in its own little oasis. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the onsen experience and exploring the property. The western rooms were spacious and comfortable.
I didn’t love the food.

Gardens, spacious room, spectacular food presentation
It's getting tired. For such a premium charge I would have expected the property to be better maintained to the usual Japanese standards
