Pleasant breakfast options, but light sleepers should be aware of traffic noise.

Very friendly staff at reception, free parking, nice room

Very poor soundproofing. Noise can be heard from both outside and inside the hotel. Even worse, the hotel is located next to a highway, McDonald’s and Eurospin. The windows are also not sealing properly - in the morning we had condensation on the inside of the windows (photos attached). Rain was also disruptive as it hit some (tin/ metal?) surfaces on/by the building, creating loud amplified noise. There are also some minor issues such as a missing toilet brush and missing basic bathroom amenities that are usually available at hotels (e.g., cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc.) While breakfast offered a generally satisfactory experience with a wide variety of options ranging from savory to sweet, the quality of products could be improved (e.g., cold cuts such as prosciutto and chicken breast, fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, etc.). The coffee could also have been of better quality. Given that we are in Italy, expectations were higher

Very good stay in Lucca a EXE TOSCANA.

The staff very nice, Simone, she gave us all the information to help. We made everything on foot. Breakfast very good. I could be back and I recommend this hotel to everybody.

Prime location, great place

All very new and very clean. The staff could not be friendlier and helpful. The position to visit the town of Lucca is perfect - you can be at the walls of the ancient city in 15 minutes walking - the hotel has a big private parking lot so you can do everything by walking! The breakfast is also very good.

The I slept in was not too comfortable- maybe a mattress topper would help? My daughter instead loved the bed so maybe it’s a very personal thing. The pillows were great!

An enjoyable stay close to the stunning walled city.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable, fresh and plentiful. The room itself was comfortable, clean and plenty of toiletries. There was a good hairdryer in the bathroom. Drinks in the room fridge although not sure what exactly was free as we only used the water. Very close to a supermarket. About a 15 minute walk takes you to the city wall.

Superb

Although this hotel needs some new investments in the interior and rooms, they are still trying to keep the standards and thanks to their staff they are doing it pretty decent. Receptionist helped us when there was a noise from the room next to us and solve the situation pretty fast and with manners. Ladies from the restaurant are kind, warm and professional and the food is lovely. Very nice breakfast! Nice base if you want to enjoy wonderfull Lucca and visit couple of other sights in Toscany. Very good traffic connection. Recommeding to other travelers.
