It was close to the train station. Clean. Friendly staff. I love the tea room style decor. Beautiful breakfast in the morning. Books to read. All kinds of flavours of teas. Tea cups and kettle in the room.

Hotel Rex is not what you would expect of a hotel next to a railway station. Very focused on customer needs, especially when it comes to families. Extremely friendly staff

Location really close to train station, then a small walk via the underpass to the the city wall couldn’t of been closer, the room was a lot bigger than expected,
Definitely recommend, staff very pleasant. There was a lift in the hotel or people struggling with stairs.
More plug sockets in the room, the one we were in I had to unplug lights to charge phone, I pad extra , but that is about all I would change.
