Excellent comfortable stay.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with great quality robes and slippers to make us feel comfortable. The parking facilities were great too.

Our bedroom was small and cramped, with a small doubled bed with creaky and hard mattress. We found the sheets to be too rough to be comfortable. The view out of the window was the worst we have ever had.

A pleasurable stay in a good location.

A really enjoyable stay in comfortable accommodation. The room was spacious with ample space for storage and working. Service was excellent and breakfast provided a good choice of food. Situated in a quiet location a few yards from the main sites of interest.

Breakfast service would be better extended to 10 rather than 9.

If the price tag is not a problem, it is a good choice

Very good location: very close to the center, but just a 2 minutes driving from the city wall. Kind staff. Quiet, I did not hear anything (and I am ultra sensitive about this). Own garage. Abundant breakfast, and the outside breakfast area is quiet and very cozy. Great bed. Great shower. Lots of space to pack in the bathroom. Design toiletries.

Air conditioner is restarting if you go outside from the room (or if you open the window). Parking is expensive and they get into to your car. Wifi always lost the signal. The peach juice at breakfast is not 100% or watered.

Dream-like boutique hotel!!!

One of the best boutique hotels we ever stayed in. The historical façade is charming and the interior is fully modern and renovated. The rooms are spacious. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff was very nice, always accommodating our requests. And there is the possibility of parking your car in the hotel, which is very rare in Italian historical cities. I strongly recommend staying here if you go to Lucca!

Nice hotel, if a little pricey.

Great location, lovely staff and nice breakfast on an outside terrace. The only negative is that the price is too high for the value provided (even ignoring the relative weakness of the USD - the euro price is still high). But Lucca is a charming, expensive town.

enjoyable and would consider this hotel again even if only for the location convenience.

Location was excellent. The breakfast room was nice and the breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately Breakfast is the only food available.

The bedroom itself had very little character it could do with some more colour and wall art. It was also quite cold and as there was no direct sun into our room the afternoon and early evening temperatures were chilly. they do not offer any kind of room service for snacks etc. It is more like a posh bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel

A perfect week in a beautiful hotel in a stunning city.

Everything! The hotel was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful just off the busy streets - like an oasis after days of exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find our bearings on more than one occasion. Our room was stunning and huge! Breakfasts were delicious with so much choice. And, every evening before we went for a meal, we enjoyed an amaretto on the rocks from the bar. So many memories and we cannot wait to return!

We loved Lucca and we loved Palazzo Dipinto.

Boutique hotels always have its charm, and Palazoo Dipinto is one of those. I liked everything in Palazzo Dipinto starting with the entire Lobby and Reception area and ending with the excellent location. Our room was spacious and relaxing.

Nothing and we wished if there was an Espressos Coffee facilities.
