Serena arranged a private driver to take us to the airport when we checked out and this was easy to arrange, good communication and the driver was also very friendly and made the journey back to the airport easy.
Radiator was broken in the room and was leaking. The towel rail was also broken in the bathroom which made the room overall very cold and towels often didn’t dry thoroughly. Staff were aware but unfortunately this was not fixed during our stay.
Our room door handle was also faulty which often meant we had to slam the door shut to close it which isn’t ideal as we were conscious of the noise for other guests.
