Lovely garden area.

Air con was not fantastic so it was still Quite warm (it was a heatwave right enough). Rooms small and basic but value for money

Excellent location within the city to explore & close enough to outside parking, as you cannot take a car inside the walls of the city. The staff were excellent - friendly & so helpful. The lady on check had stayed on past her working hours (7pm) to ensure we were checked in. She also the advised us where to park as we had put the car in a car park that was about to be closed off for concert parking. We would have been towed had it not been for her help. Then she found us somewhere where it was free to park! Nice comfortable rooms with decent aircon. breakfast was served either in the garden area or courtyard. They also had drinks / snacks served between 5&7 in the evening. Lucca is a lovely spot for the weekend & with the summer series of concerts a perfect reason to visit.

It was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and polite. The location is in quiet part of the city within walking distance to all the sights.

Staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Location was good. Serena arranged a private driver to take us to the airport when we checked out and this was easy to arrange, good communication and the driver was also very friendly and made the journey back to the airport easy.

Radiator was broken in the room and was leaking. The towel rail was also broken in the bathroom which made the room overall very cold and towels often didn’t dry thoroughly. Staff were aware but unfortunately this was not fixed during our stay. Our room door handle was also faulty which often meant we had to slam the door shut to close it which isn’t ideal as we were conscious of the noise for other guests.
