Great location, fabulous breakfast but best was the staff, Fabricio is the heart of the hotel and Claudia is so sweet and helpful.

A cute and cosy hotel full of charm. I loved all the warm yellow colours. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Somewhere you could really feel relaxed and at home. Room was clean and bright and perfect for what I needed. Smart and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good, nice pastries and hot chocolate. I had an issue with the hairdryer in the room cutting out every minute but I mentioned it to reception and they brought me a new one straight away which was brilliant. Location is perfect, really quiet away from noisy bars etc but in the walled town and perfect for walking to the train station.
Resident cat who is super friendly!!! I nearly took her home. Great little hotel, loved it.
Not a lot! A good hairdryer to start off with maybe? But I asked and got a better one so not really an issue.
There wasn’t really cooked breakfast options but didn’t bother me as I’ll happily eat pastries all day.
The sun doesn’t really come round to hotel frontage much? Would have been nice to sit on the seating area in the sun a bit but the hotel can’t do a lot about that!!

This is a gem two minutes walk from Napolean Square. Staff is totally great, all speak English, helpful, friendly, Great breakfast buffet, Totally exceded expectations. Stay was just fantastic, Cant recommend enough

This was one of my favorite lodgings of our 3-week trip. The hosts were warm and helpful, the breakfast was terrific, the coffee good, and the location fantastic. I liked the decor which was charming and just a little quirky. We even had a little balcony where we could hang our hand laundry.
I can't think of anything.
