Met my needs perfectly for the 2 nights I was in Lucca.

The host - Cristiano - was delightful, provided great recommendations, and check in about whether I needed anything for my room. The location was perfect, and it was on a quiet street.

There was a slight smell of mildew in the room - perhaps because it was garden level. But I have a sensitive nose (strong sense of smell), so it may not be noticed by others.

Great location and comfortable room.

Fantastic location, we could walk to all around the city from the room. Our host, Cristiano, was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. He recommended a variety of excellent, affordable restaurants, with delicious, local food. On our request, he supplied a small fridge and gave us a late check out time (although we wished we could have stayed longer)! The room/bathroom were clean and beds were very comfortable, it was in a quiet location and we slept very well. We will definitely be back!

Convenient location, the host was brilliant at communicating and gave us many helpful tips which made our stay in Lucca really enjoyable. Close to train station, parkrun, shops, tourist attractions, walls of the city.

Great place in the center of Lucca

Cosy place in a great location, in the heart of Lucca. Cristiano was very helpful and even gave us many recommendations around the city. The place was cleaned every day.

There was some mouldy smell, but we opened the balcony door and it was fine

Nice, clean and cozy.

Location was perfect, bus stops just around the corner. Room was cleaned everyday, things like cosmetics and coffee/tea was always refilled in the morning, the host was very supportive, he recommended nice restaurants and other places in Lukka, commnication was very nice and easy. It was raining a lot while I was there so also umbrellas were available for guest.

Great location and a great room for a quiet, relaxing stay

Great location and easy check in. Cristiano was very accomodating and welcoming and the room was cool, quiet, clean and stylish. I imagine that during a heatwave, this room would be excellent. AC worked beautifully.

Nothing really! If you are wanting a view, there is not much to see from the room I was in, but if you are out sight-seeing all day this will not be a problem for you.

Access to everything, great host.

Rail strike caused problems for us and the Cristiano went above and beyond in helping us. 20-30 min flat walk from station, inside city walls and everything is accessible. Very clean, easy to find and fantastic communication.

Last minute booking for one night - excellent property right in the heart of Lucca.

Excellent location. Room very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, some toiletries and a hairdryer were an added bonus. Although we didn't meet the hosts, they were very responsive via WhatsApp. They gave us some lovely recommendations for restaurants to eat at. Very helpful.

Excellent location (within the walls) to visit Lucca. We got useful parking tips (50 m from our location) and tips for nice restaurants and bars. Communication was very smooth. Our room was comfortable, clean and designed with great care. The kitchen facilities (refrigerator, sink) were handy. We'd love to come back.

Everything was perfect. From check in to departure. Easy. It is also on the ground floor so for those who have trouble with steps it is perfect. My room had a tiny courtyard where you could sit and have coffee.

Great location and good value for money - a tidy, modern apartment

The location was really ideal, very close to restaurants and a short walk to the station. The owner was very helpful and hospitable. The room itself was modern, fresh and clean.

The room had a very comfortable bed as well as a very good bathroom. Can't say enough about the owner, Christiano. He was extremely helpful whenever we had a question or issue. Although it was too cool to sit outside, we appreciated that this room had a small patio out back. In warmer weather, this would be nice in the evening. Location is great. It's a five-minute walk to the Piazza Napoleano which has plenty of cafes. Also taxi & bus stops. Very convenient.

The heat didn't seem to come on the first evening, but Christiano was quick to address that and made sure it worked for the next night.
