Lovely room, as pictured and Cristiano makes this room a 10. He was very accommodating with my late arrival, and even helped when my train got cancelled from Pisa. He had excellent local suggestions, and was very friendly. I was traveling as a young solo woman, and was apprehensive about this, especially arriving at night but I had nothing to worry about! Lucca is very safe and the location of this apartment was no exception. Would recommend!
The air in the room felt slightly damp - probably because it doesn't get sunlight as it is at the back of the building. However this was minor and didn't affect my stay!

Really nice place. We had small terrace and everything we could need during our stay. The landlord was very nice, meet us late due to out plane late arrivel, found as an amazing place to eat and gave us more nice recommendations. Thank you very much!

The host - Cristiano - was delightful, provided great recommendations, and check in about whether I needed anything for my room. The location was perfect, and it was on a quiet street.
There was a slight smell of mildew in the room - perhaps because it was garden level. But I have a sensitive nose (strong sense of smell), so it may not be noticed by others.

It was close to central Lucca and they gave us lots of instructions.
The air conditioning only went down a little and pulsed rather than continuing
