Nice location and ambiance. Rooms are exquisite (frescoes and painted ceilings). Staff were very friendly and helpful .
Many electrical outlets in room were dead and , unfortunately, elevator was broken.

Central location, great for exploring the city.
Very challenging with a car, but we were directed to a parking location 10 minutes away. My wife woke up several times during the night thinking there were rats in the room or in the walls. Turned out when we told the staff in the morning there was a chihuahua in the room above that woke us up every other hour. No further explanation nor compensation.

Location. The apartment we chose was not available due to boiler problem
The apartment we were offered was very average not what we were expecting. When asked to see the apartment we couldn’t have to compare the lady couldn’t understand us!
